Kimberly 'Kimmy' Flores was fourteen when she sent in an audition tape for a show on AMC. Despite her parents slightly horrified reactions when she told them what it was about, she was excited to hopefully hear back from them.
It barely took 2 days before she got a call from Frank Darabont himself. He told her she was exactly what he was looking for and asked when she could get to Atlanta.
Kimberly simply had no idea how much this show would change her life. She didn't know it would become her life for the next 13 years, or that she would find the love of her life because of it.
It's just a silly, six episode show about zombies. Not much can come from that, right?
