You know when your falling asleep, and your motionless, you feel weightless? That's what it feels like to be dead. Its nothing extravagant, nothing like I expected.
One minute, I was boarding the plane on my way home from visiting my Aunt and Uncle, and the next thing I knew the plane was plummeting towards the Earth. What 16 year old deserves to die that way? No one deserves to die that way.

"Okay Astra, meet you at the airport."
"Yeah okay, love you." I answered before hanging up the phone. I boarded the plane finding a window seat. As I watched out the window, all I could think about was sleeping in my own bed again.

The plane takes off with a jolt, my ears pop and I cant help but feel sick to my stomach. I take a deep breath laughing to myself as I turn my head toward the window. The town below looks fake, like a dollhouse with small plastic pieces. As the plane slowly moved higher into the clouds, the town disappeared.
I had my headphones in blasting music when it happened.
