Part - 16

Naira opened the door to the sight of abir and Kunal laughing lightheartedly . She could feel it . equations have changed between them .

" Naira ??" Abir noticed her and rushed inside to find mishti sleeping peacefully with her night suit and mangalsutra still over her neck . He sighed in relief and caressed her hair .

" Bro aap teek hai ... ??" Kuhu asked abir .

Abir nodded but his attention was fully on mishti .

" Aap apne room Mai chaliye bro mai dek loongi mishti ko ...." Kuhu insisted much to trio surprise .

Kunal internally winced he already noticed abir suitcase too by mishti side .. he connected the dots abir too stayed in this room . He tried to save his brother.  " Kuhu chalo na .. i feel so tired . And come on let's go to our room "

Kunal suggested much to kuhu surprise . " Par Kunal ..."

" Kuhu par var kuch nahi chalo ... Bhai aur ... Mishti ki didi bhi hai na .... Vo dek lenge ...  Well some are going to have a sleepless night !!.." He subtly teased abir earning a sharp playful glare from abir .

Finally Kunal somehow convinced kuhu .. as kuhu left the room he dashed to abir and whispered to his ears " Bhai you owe me one haan ... Bhabhi ka dyan rakna . And take care of yourself too . "

And he rushed out in case kuhu came back . He knew kuhu if she knows about mishbir now things will not end on a good note  . He has to somehow convince kuhu .

" Ek minute ... We forgot a very important issue ... " Abir literally shouted but toned down his voice looking at mishti .

Naira and Kunal looked at abir with puzzled gazes . " Are yaar kal sab yahan honge ... Tho pata chal jayega na I am Kunal brother and who broke relationship with mishti . "

" is this end before beginning ?? Pic shuru hone sae pele.hi katham ... Bhai lagta hai kal aapka bahut pitayi hone wali hai ."  Mumbled kunal horrified if consequences .

Abir gently pressed his cheek where Karthik punched before " vo tho already ho chuki hai ... "  He whispered .

" Kya ?? Zor sae bolo na ... "

"Kuch nahi nanko bahut old school dialogue tha Kunal . Mera bhai hai tu thoda tho izzat maintain kark yaar . Tera Bhai shayar hai .."

Kunal gave a deadpanned look at abir ..

Naira chuckled at Abir's plight " nahi pata chalega .."

Both brother at same time yelled " matlab ??"

" Matlab yeh hai ki ... Kisiko nahi pata hai ki kunal kae bhai nae mishti sae rishta thoda hai . In fact kisiko uss ladke baare mai kuch nahi pata . Tho aaram sae kah sakte hai ki you two are brothers . And if they ask how mishti doesn't know abir as Kunal brother you can just say you were in Delhi all this time . " Naira shrugged casually ...

Abir and Kunal eye widened in shock . " Yeh kaise hua ?? I mean ... Wouldn't they have marriage photos or didn't anyone try to get information about me .."

" They did but we tampered a bit . No photos with Abir were shared with the family . Only we two know the exact details . So even if you introduce yourself  as Kunal brother and kuhu brother in law it won't be a problem abir "

". Isn't it a bit too easy ??" Abir contemplated.

" Isska shrey tho choti dadi ko dadi hai " naira said with a smirk . " Matlab choti dadi Puri koshish ki kisi ko na pata chale ki mishti maheshwari house Mai hai . So .. there was a long break in communication.  I got information from nani and requested her to not share anything with family members in case they remind mishti of you accidentally  . And that mishti needed a fresh start . So literally no one spoke about abir and only addressed Kunal as kuhu husband . Nothing else. Just act surprised tomorrow. "
