A few months later - everyone is a lot more protective of Millie, especially Noah and Paul but right now she managed to get away from them to help Harlow get ready for her wedding to Charlie.
"How are the babies, Millie?" Harlow asked, "Good, one of them kicked Paul in the head when he laid his head on my tummy. It was funny." she answered her smiling which caused them to smile with her.
"I know you don't want to talk about her, but have you seen or spoken to her?" Harlow asked Millie who sighed, "No and I don't want to either - I was surprised she didn't show up to my wedding. She shouldn't show up here either - unless one of you sent an invite." Millie said and that was that for the Bella conversations.
Half an hour later - Esme came back in smiling from ear to ear - "It's time." she said and the girls helped Harlow into her dress, "Harlow - you look amazing!" Millie said hugging her soon to be step mom.
First went the bridesmaids, than maid of honor than finally Harlow walked down the aisle and Charlie was in awe of his soon to be wife - "You look incredible." he said to her when she finally reached him.
"He's happy." Millie said to Noah and Paul, "Good - he needs happiness in his life." Paul said holding her hand as the two helped her sit down.
Millie watches her dad get married with tears in the her eyes, she saw how happy her dad is - how she makes him happy after the disaster marriage of him and Renee, add in the stress of what Bella has caused even when she dragged in Jacob Black but right now none of that mattered.
"I now pronounce you husband and wife, you may kiss you bride." the officiant said and Charlie didn't waste time on kissing his new wife, everyone clapped or cheered when they pulled away they smiled at everyone before walking down the aisle as a new married couple.
Eventually they went to the reception which was happening in the Cullen house. "Wow, Irina has turned up." Emmett said seeing his cousin, "Do you think she'll try again?" Rosalie asked her siblings. "What? After Millie almost took her head off, I don't think so." Kaiden said laughing causing them too remembering.
"In my defense, she went after my husband." Millie said folding her arms, "You know she will question it if she see's you." Jasper said, "She's half human, they should know that but considering she's still pissed about your wedding - I don't think she'll care." Edward said, "Wonderful. She shouldn't start - today is about dad and Harlow who are nowhere to be seen and I am not going to look for them." she shivered.
Not 20 minutes later they saw Charlie and Harlow walk out the house, "Oh ew." Millie said, Emmett started to laugh, really hard. "What's so funny?" Harlow asked, "Dad - your shirt is on backwards." Millie said making him look down grinning at Harlow as they went back inside to fix it.
"Hurry up, you haven't had your first dance." Esme said smiling on how her sister is so happy, eventually they had their first dance, the speeches from everyone. Charlie cried at Millie's speech, "Come here." he said and hugged her, "Everything I said is true dad, I'm thankful for you and I'm happy that you're happy with Harlow." Millie said when they let go.
"And now you're having kids. I feel old." he said making her laugh, "Old? Imagine how Carlisle feels." Harlow said making them laugh at his offended face.
Charlie knows his destiny, his fate and with his wife, daughter and grandchildren he will welcome it - and he couldn't be more happier that it's happening to him.
An hour has gone by and Charlie is ready for his honeymoon with Harlow, a few weeks of peace is exactly what they need. "Dad, it's time for you guys to go." Millie said going over to them, "Don't over do it whist we are away, I know what you're like." Charlie said to Millie who smiled innocently at him.
"Please, they don't even let me go the bathroom without one of them being my shadow." she said, he huffed out a laugh and they went to the front of the house, "Have fun. See you when you get back." Tabitha said hugging them and everyone else followed.
"Have a good time and Harlow - stop him from worrying." Millie said, "Ha! Like I could but I'll try." she said looking at Charlie and they eventually left for their honeymoon.
"Three weeks away, it will be amazing." Harlow said, "Yeah, it will be." Charlie agreed and kissed his wife as both of them look forward to their honeymoon.
