**IN THE CLASSROOM**
Ahana hurried into her classroom, her mind racing with conflicting emotions. She took a seat, trying to calm herself, but her thoughts kept drifting back to Rishi's touch and the way he looked at her.
Rishi, in his 10th standard class, couldn't concentrate. He kept thinking about Ahana and how upset she seemed. During a break, he decided to send her a note through one of his friends in her class.
**THE NOTE**
"I'm really sorry if I crossed a line. Can we talk after school? Please?"
Ahana read the note, her heart pounding. She didn’t want to admit it, but part of her was curious about what Rishi had to say. She scribbled a quick response and handed it back to the friend.
**THE RESPONSE**
"Fine. Meet me by the sports ground after school."
Rishi read her response and nodded slightly, relief washing over his face.
**AFTER SCHOOL**
Ahana waited by the sports ground, feeling nervous. She saw Rishi approaching and took a deep breath to steady herself.
"Ahana, mujhe pata hai aur mai tumse sorry mangta huu," Rishi said as soon as he reached her. "Mera matlab tumhe uncomfortable karna nahi tha."
Ahana looked into his eyes and saw sincerity there. "Rishi, main... main samajh nahi paa rahi. Ek moment tum bahut intense ho, aur next moment tum apologize kar rahe ho. It's confusing."
"Mujhe pata hai, aur main sorry hoon," Rishi said. "Bas... mujhe tum pasand ho, Ahana. Bohot time se. Kal main control nahi kar paaya."
Ahana's heart skipped a beat. "Tumhe samajhna hoga ki aise cheezein karna theek nahi hai," she said softly. "It's not okay."
Rishi nodded. "Main samajh gaya. Ab se main tumhare boundaries respect karunga. Kya hum friends ke tarah start kar sakte hain?"
Ahana considered his words. Despite everything, she felt a strong connection to Rishi. "Okay," she said finally. "Hum try kar sakte hain."
Rishi smiled, a genuine smile that made Ahana’s heart flutter. "Thank you," he said. "Main promise karta hoon ki main yeh sab theek kar dunga."
**THE FOLLOWING WEEKS**
Rishi and Ahana started spending more time together, getting to know each other better. They studied together in the library, had lunch, and shared their dreams and fears. Their friendship grew stronger, and Ahana began to see a different side of Rishi—a caring and protective side.
One afternoon, as they sat under a tree in the school courtyard, Rishi looked at Ahana and said, "Ahana, mujhe tumse kuch kehna hai."
Ahana turned to him, curious. "Kya hai?"
Rishi took a deep breath. "Main school ke bahar ek project par kaam kar raha hoon. Yeh kuch aisa hai jo mujhe bohot pasand hai, aur main tumhe yeh dikhana chahta hoon."
Ahana’s eyes widened. "Kaisa project?"
Rishi smiled. "Chalo, tumhe dikhata hoon."
**RISHI'S PROJECT**
Rishi led Ahana to a small garage near his house. Inside, there was a partially restored vintage motorcycle.
"Yeh hai jo main kar raha hoon," Rishi said, his eyes shining with pride. "Yeh mere dad ki purani bike hai. Woh kuch saal pehle guzar gaye the, aur main isse unki yaad mein restore kar raha hoon."
Ahana looked at the motorcycle, touched by Rishi’s dedication. "Yeh bohot khoobsurat hai," she said softly. "Tumne is par bohot mehnat ki hai."
Rishi nodded, a smile spreading across his face. "Tumhe yeh pasand aaya?"
Ahana smiled back. "Haan, yeh bohot special hai."
