Tara loves God with a passion. She loves talking about him and talking to him. Tara is not afraid of haters that try to tear her down. I remember one day we were hanging out at the park and someone came up to her and said," Oh look guys we got a religious bitch ova here. Come on pray for us, come on lets go." They just harassed her and said cruel things to her. they keep on asking, "where is your God now?" Tara got up and said," I love Jesus and I will NEVER apologize for speaking in the name of Jesus Christ. I know where he is and that's all that matters!" they said," well you know something you should be beat up coming around this town spreading your Godly love everywhere." She got up and went up to him. she looked in his eyes and said," Is that how you feel?" then walked away with confidence. She is always willing to stand up for God. She didn't care if she would ever loose her friends because of her faith because all she needs is god. she told me," people will hate me, people will like me, people will loose me, people will stay with me, as long as I have God I don't care." she also told me," I live for my faith, serve for my faith, and if I have to I will die for my faith. its the least I can do since Jesus died for us." her passion for him is so strong and so unbreakable. like nothing can come between them. Tara likes to write him poetry as well. I have her permission to share a poem that she wrote in her journal to him. here it is....
Can you hear my screams?
Can you hear my cries?
Can you feel my pain?
Can you tell me why?
Can you feel my sorrow?
Can you reach for my hands?

I know you can.
that's one of my favorites. Tara wants god to use her to reach out to the unreached. she wants faith like a child. I cant really explain her love for god. I guess you have to know her to understand. I have never in my life seen a 13 year old girl with such passion and love for God!
