2. Simple argument [yunki]

Jake's POV:

It was a simple morning, and as always, I woke up before Jay. That doesn't mean late because that sleepy bear is the one who always wakes up late.

I'd already had my breakfast, so I decided to rest a bit before going to work. I was about to enter my room when I saw Niki there.

Jk: "Ya, why are you here? Your room is on the 2nd floor."

Nk: "So? I came to take clothes."

Jk: "Don't you have enough?"

Nk: "I like your clothes."

Jk: "Just borrow what you want and go."

Nk: "That's a payback for your refuse."

Jk: "What did I do now?"

Nk: "You didn't play with me yesterday. You said you were tired, but you were watching something with Heeseung hyung. And I'm taking this one, too."

Jk: "Just take everything I have."

I said, annoyed. But I heard a reply that I wasn't expecting.

Nk: "Can I have you too?"

I was confused. What did he mean? Why was he asking me that kind of question?

Jk: "Stop talking nonsense and go."

He made his way to the door but suddenly stopped.

Nk: "I'm taking this cap, too."

He winked at me and went out. That made me overthink about it. Why did he do that? What's wrong with his behavior?

Anyways, I scrolled some TikTok videos to forget what happened.

*the same day, at the evening*

After I ate my dinner, I went to my room to have a rest, because today's practice was the worst. Suddenly, I heard my room door knocked. The door opened and Niki entered. Seriously this kid...

Nk: "Hyung, can you come and play with me?"

Jk: "Niki, you're grown up, why are you still asking for a game?"

Nk: "Hyung...Please, I wanna play with you."

Jk: "No, kid, I'm sleeping."

Nk: "Jake hyung, please, just this time."

That was it. I lost my patience. I stood up from my bed and walked towards him.

Jk: "I. SAID. LEAVE. ME."

I told him raising my voice. I could see his eyes widened. He was scared. But I couldn't calm down. He spoke again.

Nk: "Hyung, calm down, why are you talking like that."

Jk: "Niki...Just go."

Nk: "Also-"

Jk: "NIKI JUST LEAVE ME ALONE!! WHY DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND?!"

He ran out of the room. I lied down on my bed to sleep and clear my mind.

Niki's POV:

I was in my room, thinking about the incident. I started tearing up. He had never spoken to me like that. I know that he was tired, but how could he yell at me? I decided to dance to forget about that, so I went to practice room. All members were having a rest. I started to dance.

^ 5 hours later ^

My legs were trembling. My head was spinning. The sweat was on my forehead. It's already 5 hours that I'm dancing non-stop, without any music. I could feel that I was slowly losing my consciousness.

Jake's POV:

It was morning. The sun was rising bright. I walked out of my room. But I heard Heeseung hyung's voice.

Hs: "Guys, be ready to go to practice room. Someone, go and wake Niki up."

Jw: "I'll go."

I went to the kitchen to eat something.

Hs: "Here, eat this."

Jk: "Thanks, hyung, I like when you cook ramyeon for me."

I said smiling and he just patted my back. The chopsticks were about to enter my mouth, when I saw Jungwon's worried face.

Jw: "Guys, Niki isn't in his room."

Hs: "What? Where is he then?"

J: "Maybe he's in the bathroom. I'll check."

Sh: " No, Sunoo is in the bathroom."

Jk: "But where can he be?"

I asked worried. Maybe it's my fault. Maybe he's angry at me.

Jk: "Wait, did he go out yesterday?"

J: "We all were in our rooms, I don't think we could see where he was."

Hs: "Let's try to call him."

He said and took his phone to call Niki, but soon we heard Niki's phone ringing from his room. I got even more worried.

Jw: "I'll call the manager."

I stood up from my seat and went to Niki's room. I found his phone. The room was tidy. I went out of the room. I saw that Yuki [manager] was in our dorm.

Yk: "Guys, let's go to your practice, I promise that I'll find him. But we can't cancel our practice time, you know that it'll be dangerous for our plans."

We all nodded and went out to go to work.
