Fist day

Yana's POV

It's 6 AM is the first day of practice. I'm nervous but also excited I decided to call my best friend that committed to South Carolina. Her name is Kaylee.

(on the phone) as we started getting ready together, I decided to talk about how nervous I am to meet the team. I don't know a lot of people except for my roommate Aubrey, Aubrey Griffin. She is a senior and plays basketball as well. I get out of the shower, I put on some basketball shorts and a white compression shirt and I paired with my favorite basketball shoes which are Kobe's. I got my bag and head out the door.

Aubrey left earlier to go work out but I usually work out later. I grab my keys and head to my car as I'm driving there I get a lot of emotions nervous, anxious scared, but also excited to see where this team can bring me I get out the car and walk in  to the gym doors.

Everyone stops and turns their heads around because the doors accidentally slammed Gino, which is the head coach of the basketball team introduces me. Everyone's in a straight line. I say my name and everyone greeted me with the warm smile except for this brown hair girl giving me a dirty look. I'm confused on what I did to make her look mad, but I give her a smile.

Anyways we moved on to practice, usually around Aubrey most of the time,  as the practice is going on I can sense someone staring intensely at me I turn around and see the brown head girl she quickly turn away I'm confused but also annoyed because I haven't even talked to her and she's already upset.

I go to where Aubrey is. And asked to what's the deal with that girl she told me her name was Nika and she will warm up to me as the time goes.

Practice ends and as we're leaving, Nika shoves me on my shoulder while she's walking past I give her a disgusted look she just scuffs and walks away.

Assuming most people went to the gym before practice I headed to the gym to put some work in. I start on the treadmill, about 15 minutes later I spot Nika lifting weights.

Why does she look good? Her abs with the sweat just make her look good as she's working out. No snap out of  it Yana She's being a bitch to you.

I noticed that I was staring at her. She turns around give me a discuss look and says "don't you know it's rude to stare at people"        Y-yes but, I stutter, she just roll her eyes and turns away.

Two hours later, I'm back at my dorm sitting, and relaxing on my bed  and Aubrey comes in and asked me if I wanted to go to a party, I nod because I need to get my mind off Nika "ok it starts at nine and paige is picking us up picking us up so get ready"

I get up putting on a skin tight red dress, red heels, and straighten my hair. I put on some light make up and sit on the couch waiting for Paige.
