As practice went on I received some nice and kind glares from Layla and a look from Nika that looked like she wanted to kill me.
But when practice finally ended I decided to hit up the shower in the locker room instead of my dorm. To clear my head.
"Hey Aubrey I'm going to hit up the shower here so I'll just get a Uber back"
"Ok Yana be safe" she says as she was the last person to exit or that's what I thought.
I grab one of the towels and bath clothes then my dove soap bar and my vanilla body wash and headed to the shower.
I stepped into the shower the hot water easing the aches in my body from practice as I sing my heart out to hold me down by Daniel Cesar.
" if you love me, baby let me hear you say it I know I'm your favorite, first you love me then you leave me in the basement. I know I'm your favorite." As the words flow out of my mouth I can't help but think about Landon. And how blind I was to be with him for almost 5 years.
the song continues to play as I hear someone enter, I have been in the showers for about 20 minutes now so I turn it off and take a peek in the curtain to see who it is.
And when I tell you that was the worst mistake ever I mean it. It was Nika but only in a sports bra and basketball shorts and danm she looked good.
"Take a picture it'll last longer" she says confidently with a smirk on her face.
"Oh shut it Mühl" I say smacking my lips
"I just need you to pass me my towel on the bench right there" I say with an annoyed expression on my face.
"Just come out and get it" she says with that same annoying smirk on her face
"I can't I'm naked" I say annoyed at her for being oblivious.
"That's the point" she says chuckling while walking to get my towel.
"Thanks" I say with a tight lipped smile"
Yeah yeah I better get something in return" she says moving her eyebrows up and down
"Shut down what your thinking Mühl" I say grabbing the towel from her hands.
