"Come with me, Sati," Shiv said, his voice low and calm, as he gestured for her to follow him. "First, we will do our prayers before practice. Then, we will begin our training."

"Okay," Sati replied, her voice soft and determined.

Shiv started walking towards the Shivling, his eyes fixed on the sacred symbol. Sati followed closely behind him, her eyes fixed on his back.

As they approached the Shivling , Shiv instructed Sati, "Sit in Padmasana."

Sati nodded and gracefully sat down in the lotus position, her legs crossed and her back straight. Shiv sat down beside her, his eyes closed, and began to chant a sacred mantra.

"Now, I will chant the Mahamrityunjaya mantra to worship Mahadev," Shiv said, his voice low and mystical. "We will chant it 109 times, and then we will meditate for a few minutes. After that, we will begin our practice."

Sati nodded silently, her eyes fixed on Shiv's serene face. She closed her own eyes, took a deep breath, and began to chant the mantra along with Shiv.

*Sanskrit:*

ॐ त्र्यम्बकम् यजामहे सुगन्धिम् पुष्टि वрд्धनम्
उर्वारुकमिव बन्धनान् मृत्योर् मुक्षीय मामृतात्

*English Transliteration:*

Om Tryambakam Yajamahe Sugandhim Pushti Vardhanam
Urvarukamiva Bandhanan Mrityor Mukshiya Maamritat

*Translation:*

Om. We worship the three-eyed one (Shiva), who is fragrant and who nourishes and sustains us. May he liberate us from the cycle of death and rebirth, just as a fruit is released from its stem.

Their voices merged in perfect harmony, filling the air with spiritual energy. As they chanted, the atmosphere around them began to vibrate with an otherworldly power, and the Shivling seemed to glow with an intense, pulsing light.

After chanting the Mahamrityunjaya Mantra for 109 times, Shiv and Sati sat in silence, their eyes closed, and began to meditate. The air around them was charged with spiritual energy, and the Shivling seemed to pulse with an otherworldly power.

As they meditated, Sati felt her mind quietening, her thoughts dissipating like mist in the sun. She felt a sense of deep connection to the universe, and her heart filled with a profound sense of peace.

Shiv's face was serene, his eyes closed, and his breath slow and deliberate. His presence seemed to anchor Sati, and she felt her own meditation deepening, her consciousness expanding.

Together, they sat in stillness, their spirits entwined, their souls soaring. The world around them melted away, leaving only the eternal present, the infinite now.

As they meditated, the minutes ticked by, but time itself seemed to stand still. The only sound was the soft hum of the universe, the gentle vibration of the Shivling, and the quiet rhythm of their breath.

It was Shiv who first opened his eyes, and his gaze fell upon the Shivling. He bowed his head in reverence, his hands coming together in a graceful namaste. As he straightened up, he turned to face Sati, who was still deep in meditation. Her eyes were closed, and her face was serene, bathed in the soft glow of the Shivling.

Shiv's gaze was drawn to her, and he couldn't move his eyes away. He felt as if he had known her for many thousand years, and in that moment, he wanted to hold her tightly in his arms and never let her go. He felt a deep connection, a sense of familiarity and longing.
