Rudra left Shiv's room, leaving him alone with his thoughts. Shiv stood on the balcony gazing out at the forest, his mind consumed by Sati. He loved her, and he knew she loved him too. But one question haunted him: was she truly the one who could break his curse, or would she become its next victim?

Shiv's heart ached with the thought of putting Sati in harm's way. As a cursed man, he feared that his love for her would only lead to her downfall. He couldn't bear the thought of anything happening to her.

Yet, Rudra's words echoed in his mind: "She's ready to heal you, but you have to let her." Shiv wondered if Sati was indeed the one who could heal his emotional scars. Whenever she was near, her presence soothed his pain, and her words calmed his mind.

As he stood there, lost in thought, Shiv realized that Sati was the only one who could make him forget his past, his pain, and his memories. He longed to be with her, to let her heal him, but fear held him back.

The battle within Shiv's heart raged on, as he struggled to decide whether to risk everything for love or protect Sati from his cursed fate. The forest in front of him seemed to whisper secrets, but Shiv's mind was too clouded to hear them.

Shiv knew that there was only one place where he could find the level of peace he desperately sought. That place was where his revered God, Mahadev, resided - the sacred Shivling. He had always found solace in the presence of his Lord, and now, with his emotions in turmoil, he sought guidance and comfort.

With a determined heart, Shiv made his way to the Shivling, his mind filled with thoughts of Sati and his conflicting feelings. As he approached the sacred site, he began to chant the Mahamrityunjaya Mantra, seeking Mahadev's blessings and wisdom.

"Mahadev, please show me a way," he whispered, his voice filled with desperation. "Give me a hint, a sign, anything to help me understand my feelings."

As he prayed, a gentle breeze caressed his face, carrying the sweet scent of sandalwood and jasmine. Shiv's eyes fluttered open, and he sensed a presence beside him. He turned to see Sati standing there, her eyes shining with compassion.

"Sati?" Shiv whispered, his heart racing with surprise.

She smiled softly and sat down beside him, her hand brushing against his. "I knew you'd come here, Shiv."

As they sat there, the Shivling loomed before them, a symbol of the divine guidance they sought. Shiv felt a sense of peace settle over him. Then after a moment, Sati slowly turned towards Shiv, her eyes filled with concern. "Why are you doing this, Shiv?"

Shiv's expression turned confused. "What are you talking about, Sati?"

Sati's voice was gentle but firm. "Why are you running from your pain?"

Shiv's eyes narrowed, his face scrunched in confusion. "What do you mean? I'm not running from anything."

Sati's voice was a gentle whisper, yet it held the power to pierce through Shiv's defenses. "You might not know this, but I understand you more than yourself. I know when you're shrouded in pain, when the weight of the world bears down upon you, and when the darkness of distress creeps in. I know everything about you, Shiv. I understand you, I feel you. You are my soul, my eternal companion. Automatically, I sense the tremors of your heart, the whispers of your mind. When you're in pain, I feel the ache within me, a resonance that echoes through every fiber of my being."

Sati continued ,"The past is an inescapable part of our existence, a tapestry woven from the threads of our experiences. Yet, we often find ourselves attempting to flee from its embrace, as if the memories and emotions that linger within us are burdens too great to bear. But in doing so, we only succeed in entangling ourselves further in the web of our own making.
