The family and friends is so busy preparing everything here and there to surprise the birthday boy's and girl Y/N on the other side is secretly updating the rest that in their house and distracting Kun by deciding to watch in cinema with their twins sitting on their lap they're too focus they didn't notice what Y/N is up to then the movie end exactly when Y/N received a message from the siblings group chat the timing is perfect now it's time for them to come home and surprise the three
"Are you happy baby" she ask her husband who's driving while the twins is behind them
"Yeah I'm so happy because I got spend my birthday with you and the twins, but I'm kinda upset my parents didn't wish me"
"Don't be baby" she kiss her husband on his cheeks while the twins look at them innocently and still payed attention to their stuff toys
They've arrive back home when they opened the front door of their house a party popper suddenly went on making the three birthday boy's and girl startled
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY" all of them said at the same time and started to sing Happy Birthday
Kun kiss his wife while the twins can't stop clapping, giggling and shouting with their cute little voices, the singing ended and it's time for them to blow their candles Kun help the twins blew out their candles since they're still a baby they don't know how to blow the candles the twins clap and make a happy noises making them laugh and in aww, the family watched some movies after they eat and played some games after then take lots of pictures again capturing this happy moment but this time all the pregnant wives is not pregnant anymore so they can enjoy while their babies play with each other the house is full of laughter, giggles from the little ones and cute little legs running around the house and this time Y/N and Kun is no longer adoring their nieces and nephews instead they got to adore their own child who's happy running around the house and chasing each other with their little legs one might trip but the other one will help the other's who tripped and start playing again the couple side hug each other while looking at their twins who's playing happily
"Uyy two lovebirds" Lucas said interrupting the couple's lovey dovey time
"Stop hugging and kissing each other's faces and come here" Ten said
"let's take pictures us adults" Johnny said
"We'll set the camera" Mark and Jaemin said helping each other to get a perfect shot
"Okay I'll press it Mark hyung go position yourself"
"Okay" Mark ran to where his wife is and pose then Jaemin turn on the timer and press the camera then also ran to where his wife is and pose
