Andrew woke up and started daydreaming. "Oh well, I better get up and make my breakfast now, or I'm gonna be late." After that, he showered, changed into his school clothes, and noticed the calendar. It was Saturday.
"What the... ahh, never mind," Andrew muttered. He changed into casual clothes and started thinking about buying some new ones.
After changing, Andrew went to SM to buy clothes. He didn't expect that SM was having an event where a randomly selected boy and girl to pretend couple and could get any clothes in the store for free.
"Oh well, there's so many waiting for that event. There's no way I'll get picked," he thought. Suddenly, the announcer picked a boy.
hey you the boy with the jacket, and to his surprise, it was him.
"Ehh, I got picked? By any chance? Oh well, this is my chance to get free clothes, I accept that," Andrew thought, wondering who his partner would be.
The announcer then picked a girl, and to Andrew's surprise, it was Jane.
Jane walked over, and they stood there awkwardly for a moment. Andrew cleared his throat. "Uh, hi, Jane. I guess we're partners for this event."
Andrew trying hard not to mention their past so they don't talk awkwardly and make them like new friends nor something.
"Yeah, I guess so," Jane replied, giving a small smile. "This is kind of unexpected, huh?"
"Totally," Andrew agreed, trying to find something else to say. "So, um, what kind of clothes are you looking for?"
Jane shrugged. "I'm not really sure. I didn't think I'd actually get picked."
"Same here," Andrew laughed nervously. "Well, we should probably start looking around. Any ideas where to start?"
"How about over there?" Jane pointed to a section with casual wear.
"Sounds good," Andrew said, and they walked over together. As they browsed through the racks, the conversation slowly started to flow more naturally.
"So, do you come to SM often?" Jane asked, trying to make small talk.
"Not really," Andrew replied. "I usually just shop online, but I wanted to check out the sales today."(lie)
"Me too," Jane said. "I like seeing the clothes in person before I buy them."
"Yeah, that's definitely a plus," Andrew agreed. "Hey, what do you think of this shirt?" he asked, holding up a graphic tee.
Jane tilted her head. "I think it suits you. You should try it on."
"Okay," Andrew smiled. "And you should pick something too."
After that the announcer say something you guys can stop pretending now and thanks for the photo of you two, see ya.
Ehh I didn't know that they take picture of us haha oh well I guess that's the event is for.
