'Wait,' said Aravind. 'Tell me what you want?' I asked. 'Wanna sleep with me?' he boldly asked. "What part of me having a boyfriend didn't get into his head?" I thought, looking at him, and said, "Shut your mouth."

'Are you a virgin?' he asked, looking at me like he is sure. I didn't like the way he looked at me; thanks to me, I didn't wear shorts, and I am never going to wear them anymore. 'Are you a sex addict?' I asked.

"You are a virgin," said Aravind. "Then I am sure you are a sex addict," I said and left from there. We came out of the library.

"Are you seriously a virgin?" he asked. "Just shut your filthy mouth," I said. "Okay, I don't care about that, but you are hot," said Aravind. "You are so cheap," I said. We came out of the library. Aravind gave a flying kiss to someone. I left from there. Aravind came to me. "Let's have coffee," he said. I thought it is better to talk to him and get out of this than to run away from him. I took a deep breath and said, "See, I am telling you for the last time I am not interested in you, and I have a boyfriend." Aravind smiled while I looked at the same girl he was with, coming with some other guy. They looked close. Aravind looked in my direction and saw them, waving hi. I looked at them, hoping this girl would keep him busy so that he would leave me alone.

"Hi, Aravind," said the other guy. "Hi, Rohith, long time," replied Aravind. "You know Sruthi, right? My girlfriend," he added. I could now understand why me having a boyfriend doesn't get into his head. He is not only a creep but also cheap. Did he really think I was such a fool to believe he was a gentleman? I was pissed, and he looked at me.

Aravind looked at Sruthi, saw her looking at me, and smiled at me. Then he turned back his attention to Rohith. "I am meeting her for the first time," said Aravind, smiling at him. How could he lie without hesitating, I thought.

"She needs some help with her profile. You know many photographers; can you book a slot for her?" he asked.

"Sure, I will take her tomorrow morning," said Aravind.

"Thanks, Aravind, I know I could count on you," said Rohith, and they continued speaking. I couldn't handle this nonsense anymore, I felt, and left from there.

Aravind POV

It was fun pissing her off until she saw Sruthi with Rohith and heard our conversation. Now, I have to work extra hard to make her trust me and also convince her not to tell what has happened between me and Sruthi," I thought, but I know it would be fun. She left, but I didn't let my sight leave her while speaking with Rohith. I ended my conversation with him, didn't look at Sruthi, and went towards Dakshi. "What does she think of me now?" I thought. I am really surprised that her opinion of me matters to me and ran to her.

Dakshi POV

I was walking straight, I don't know where, but I just want to get away from this creep. I was pissed off even thinking about him. How could he sleep with his friend's girlfriend? What a cheap character, I thought. I saw the cafe and sat over there, messaging Jay about my location and asking him if he was free to meet me. I could meet him and go if he is not busy, I thought and waited for the reply. To my surprise, I got the reply faster than expected, and he said he would be in 20 minutes. Finally, it's peace time, I thought and checked the menu to eat something.

Aravind POV

I saw her sitting in the café, calming down. Undoubtedly, she was thinking of me and was pissed off at me. I saw her messaging someone on the phone. Did she really have a boyfriend? I thought and walked towards her and sat before her. I could see her expression; she was pissed off again. Does my presence piss her off that much, I thought. I ignored her expression and ordered for us. 'Chotu, one coffee my style, and a Dark Chocolate pastry for madam,' I said. She was about to leave, and I said, 'If you leave, he will get a salary cut for not giving the order quickly.' She sat calmly, looking at me. Somehow, I felt that something is wrong because she should leave by now, and I had to run back at her. I looked at her and smiled.

She folded her arms and looked at me seriously. I knew that she wanted to have a conversation now, and I was calm. This silence was killing me, so I looked at her and asked, 'Can you not tell her boyfriend about what you saw?'

'I hope he knows the truth,' she said. She is naïve, I thought, and smiled at her, saying, 'You are too naive.'

'At least I am not cheap like you,' she said. I could now clearly see she was very pissed at me. I smiled at her and said, 'Rohith is going on a trip with his other girlfriend to Goa, and I think I don't need to explain what couples do over there. Just because they are cheating on each other, do you think cheating your friend with his so-called girlfriend, right?' she asked. I agree this girl has a way to mess with me; I never found an interesting girl like her.

'You are too old-fashioned,' I said, looking at her.

'I am not old-fashioned; you don't know the value of a relationship and the responsibilities that come with it,' she said.

'You are saying as if you never cheated?' I asked her, even though I knew she is not the type to cheat.

'I never did, neither I will ever,' she said. She admitted, now I have to find a new topic to talk to her, I thought, and remembered her boyfriend. I was sure he was a cheater and asked, 'What about your boyfriend?'

'He also didn't,' she said. I could see her confidence in her boyfriend, and I wished he was a cheater so, that she will trust me. We got the order. "Are you sure that he is not cheating on you?" I asked, looking at her.

"Not everyone is like you," she said. What opinion does this girl have of me, I thought and smiled at her. "I agree I am unique," I said.

"I didn't praise you," she said. I know that very well, I thought and said, "Okay, let's have a bet."

"Not interested," she said.

"Are you afraid that your boyfriend is cheating on you?" I asked her. To say really, I think she is using this boyfriend card to get away from me, I felt.

"I don't need certification from a cheapo like you," she said. She thinks I am cheap; now it is very hard to make this girl trust me unless I prove to her that her boyfriend is cheating on her. I am determined to prove her wrong this time, I thought. I smiled at her and said, "I am not gonna give him any certification. I will prove to you that he is cheating on you within 24 hours. You will lose the bet," she said. Does she have to say it that quick? Will I really lose the bet to her? No way; there is no one I don't know in college, and I clearly know who is not cheating and with whom and who isn't cheating, and I never saw her boyfriend unless he hid it very well from her. I was confident I will win this bet, I thought, and was happy to prove her wrong.

"So, you agree?" I asked her before she decided to back out on it.

"I want to see how you look when you lose," she said, looking at me. Now, I know where this conversation is going, and I decided to use this for my advantage and looked at her.

"If I win, you have to come on a date with me," I said, looking at her. She was calm. "I promise I won't even touch you," I added.

"You won't win," she said, looking at me. I smiled at her, very sure that I could win, and said to her, "Let's see. What if I win?" She asked. Is her boyfriend a saint? I thought. But I know he was for sure a cheater and said, "Up to you. You should never flirt with me and do anything cheap or talk cheaply when it comes to me," she said, looking at me, already gloating that she is a winner, but she doesn't know what I know.

"I thought you will say never to show my face before you," I said, looking at her.

"It's not possible as I study here for a year," she said. Now, I understood what she meant and said, "You are smart."

"You are a loser," she added. I smiled and said, "I want to win the bet now."

"You won't," she said. Give me your boyfriend's name and number I asked to prove her wrong faster. "He will be here within 5 minutes," she said.

Is he also from the same college? I asked. If yes, things are easy for me. "You will know," she said without confirming. If he is from this college, I would know him for sure, I said, looking at her. "Then it's good; you will know that you lost the bet right now," she said.

"I will never lose," I said looking at her. "You will today," she said. This girl was very determined I thought.
