Chapter 30

I hope we both get the paper and do it while not at school, like it's on a Saturday, so that's the only time I see her that day and not have to deal a whole class period and then have to deal with her talking shit about it. She could say something terrible about it until it was time for the appointment if it was during school hours.  

Constants POV

I made it halfway through school without hearing anything from the mean girls. It was lunchtime, so Jas went with me early since we had the last period together. I sat down in our spot and texted Yoongi to see if he was on the plane yet. About an hour later, the plane finally left the airport, so he had 12 hours left on the flight. Hopefully, he can sleep through some of it or try to work on stuff during the flight. I was thinking about Yoongi. 

I didn't know the whole gang was sitting with me, and Jas had my food before me. Today was too loud, so we all did sign language during lunch. It made it easier for us, so we didn't have to yell stuff out, something that someone could hear, mainly to protect Yoongi and Kai.  

"Did you text Yoongi to see if they are in the air yet?" Brook asked me, and I nodded my head 

"Yeah, he said the plane left an hour ago, so they still have plenty of time left," I told her. 

We then talked about something else. I told them about the letter and hopefully not getting it till Friday, then having the appointment on Saturday, and that she might say something wrong about it over the weekend, and it'll be all over the school by Monday, which would suck, but hopefully her parents tell her not to say stuff like that again. Jonah came over and talked and used ASL to do the same thing we were doing, as the cafeteria is always loud, but today was more audible than usual. It was like something was going on, and our group didn't know about   

"Jonah, do you know why it's even louder than normal today?" I said to him. He didn't want to say anything, but he knew I would find out at some point and get mad at him for not telling me about it.

"Yeah, someone made a rumor that what happened to you is all fake and you don't really need the crunches and that you can walk just fine without them, and is just using them for attention, and I did tell people already that it is true since there were pictures everywhere of the accident happening and it was on the news with the pictures being shown everyone knows its not true because it was on the news, but they don't care because a rumor is more fun than the truth," He said. I already know whostartedd the rumor. 

"That bitch she's saying another rumor because I went to the principal about her saying I lost my V card to Yoongi when I saw him last weekend. This means her parents got that mail about setting an appointment to talk to her about her saying rumors and to get me back, and she's making another one because they can't do anything about it until after the appointment date. At least her parents can do something. I can't tell Yoongi he'll say something, and since he's in the air right now, there isn't much he can do over the phone." 

I said back to him, pissed off now because of it. This girl is trying to ruin my life before I can even live it, and this will most likely be found out at some point while I'm in Korea trying to start my life with Yoongi. How can I start a life with Yoongi in a new place with a culture different from mine and a different form of currency? Everything will be new for the first time for me, and Yoongi and maybe Jas will be there; at least Jas and I will go through everything together when we don't have Kai and Yoongi with us. But I can't imagine all the photos they will take of us just shopping at the mall. 

"Hey, what are you thinking about?" Jas said to me, and I smiled 

"Just about us going to Korea together and doing everything for the first time with or without Yoongi and Kai being with us, then having our pictures taken while we are doing normal stuff like shopping and spending our money, then it got me thinking starting a life with Yoongi and having all these rumors pop up after a while and it posable ruin Yoongi say this V card rumor will most likely follow me to Korea. What if I ruin his career because of it? In Korea, being an adult is 20 years old, not 18 like it is here. So if this does come up over there, it could go south, and that I was underage when we never did that."

I replied, and she nodded, understanding what I was thinking. We have a significant age gap compared to Jas and Kai, which is not that big. They have about a year or two gap, but I have a six-year gap. But it has never bothered me about our age gap till now; no wonder my aunt was mad when I told them about it on my birthday. It feels like my birthday was just yesterday, and I found out that my soulmate is Yoongi, even though it has been a few weeks now. 

I can't wait for this school year to be over, to walk across that stage in my cap and gown, to get that paper saying I made it; I graduated. Then, Jas and I will spend the summer with the girls as much as possible before leaving for Korea. Maybe I can go to college. I have always wanted to be famous, either as a model or a writer or anything really, but mainly to try and model.

 I don't need to go to college for that, but we'll see what happens when I get there. I don't want his fans to think I got famous because he is his soulmate; it will be like that for a while because doing anything will take time.   

"Hey, don't think like that. I know you are thinking about anything and everything. Oh, what if I do this? Then others won't think this. It's not good for you in the long run; think about what's going on here and now, and don't think about what could happen after we graduate and move there; worry about what's going on here at school and be there with Yoongi." 

Jas said to me, and I just nodded my head. I did feel a little bit better, but not everything did go away after she said that; I was still thinking about that bitch and what else she'll say from now and the day we graduate; I highly doubt she will stop saying rumors about me, even after the appointment with the principle. 

I didn't want to bother Yoongi, but I had to talk to him about what I was thinking; I couldn't keep it in even though Jas may be right. I don't know what will happen, but I know I can tell him anything. He's my soulmate; I should be able to tell him everything. I can't hide things like this from him.

Me: Hey, are you awake?

Yoongi: Yes, what is wrong

Me: You know that girl who said I lost my V card? Well, I feel like this rumor will follow me to Korea, and it's not true, but I could get out, and people will think this is true. What if it runs your career?

Yoongi: It would be because, even if it were true, you are my soulmate. That stuff doesn't matter by age. The bond we have had since you turned 18 overrules our age, which is significant, but in the States, it's okay. You're an adult here.

Me: Yes, here in the States, but in Korea, that's around 19 to 20 to be an adult

Yoongi:  Babe, it's okay. The US laws for age apply to Korea since you are born here; you will be treated as an aged person in Korea when you move here in a few months; it'll be okay, and if it does there, oh well I'm still a famous writer I can still make music even if it's not with the boys and the band armys will care about you just as much as I do and the others and Enhypen boys are excited to meet you, and Jas me and Kai talk about you two all the time.

Me: Are you sure it'll be okay? I can't wait to meet the boys 

Yoongi: Yes, it'll be okay. enjoy the rest of your day with the girls, and tell them I said hi. I'm going to try to sleep for a bit of this flight. Love you 

Me: Okay, love you too; you need the sleep 

I then put my phone away and talked with the girls a bit more before I had to leave for the next class, but I'm glad I spoke to him; I feel a lot better. I can't wait to hear him say he has landed today. It will be a long day till he tells me this: anything can happen while on a plane, but I won't think about that. I got to class to get ready, which sucks as I hate this class just because it's gym again. But I don't get to do anything, and this time, we don't get a rude teacher, and I can be on my phone.
