Dhruv went to his mansion's door, carrying Tara in his arms in a princess style. His guards opened the door for him, and he went inside. He was heading towards his room upstairs when his sister's voice stopped him.
"Kaha the bhaiya aap? Naa call uthate ho na ho message ke reply," (Where were you, brother? You don't answer calls or reply to messages) said his younger sister Piya. He turned around to face her, but before he could say anything, her eyes widened upon seeing Tara in his arms, and she started shouting.
"Maaa, maaa, jaldi aao! Papa, dekho bhai ne kya kar diya! Maa, jaldi aao na! Papa!" (Mom, mom, come quickly! Dad, see what brother has done! Mom, come quickly! Dad!)
Dhruv tried to make his sister lower her voice, but she continued shouting. In a few minutes, their parents came running towards them and asked Piya, "Kya ho gaya? Kyu cheekh rahi? Konsa pahad tut pada hai?" (What happened? Why are you screaming? What disaster has occurred?)
"Maa, dekho bhaiya ne ladki kidnap kar li hai. Behosh ladki ko god mein utha ke le aaye hai," (Mom, look, brother has kidnapped a girl. He has brought an unconscious girl in his arms) said Piya to her mother. Then she ran to her father and said, "Papa, dekho bhaiya ko kidnapping karne lage hai!" (Dad, look, brother has started kidnapping!)
Dhruv's mother looked at both Dhruv and Tara and exclaimed, "Hayee re besharam ladke, ab ladkiyan uthane laga hai. Koi sharam lihaaj bachi hai ki nahi? Itne din tak bass ghar se bahar rehta tha, ab kidnapping karne laga hai." (Oh my shameless boy, now you are lifting girls. Do you have any shame left? You used to just stay out of the house, now you have started kidnapping.)
Dhruv tried to explain to his mother, but she wasn't listening. She turned to Dhruv's father and said, "Ji, aap dekh rahe hai na apne bete ke karnaame, kya sab karne laga hai." (See, are you witnessing your son's deeds, what all he is doing.)
Dhruv's father just nodded at his wife and raised his eyebrows at Dhruv, asking him to explain the situation.
Dhruv looked at his overly dramatic family and sighed. He gently placed Tara on the couch in the living room and went towards his mother, who was complaining to his father about his bad habits.
He made his mother sit on the single couch and kneeled in front of her, saying, "Oo meri overdramatic matashri, pehle apne iss praan se bhi priye putra ki baat toh sun lo." (Oh my overly dramatic mother, first listen to your beloved son's words.)
Dhruv's mother caressed his head lovingly and said, "Bol." (Speak.)
"Aap bhi kya iss luchhi lomdi ki baaton mein aa jati ho. Ye bullet train ki tarah kuch bhi bolti hai aur aap maan jati ho. Bhala main kyu kidnap karunga kisi ka?" (How can you believe this cunning fox's words? She says anything like a bullet train, and you believe it. Why would I kidnap someone?) said Dhruv.
