Character background:
Velsyia tempest is the reincarnation of veldenava. After he was killed he decided to reincarnate to a regular human girl. After living a fulfilling life she was stabbed to death in broad daylight after saving her junior, after telling him to take care of himself, she died but was reincarnated as a slime.
From here on, the story progress like normal.

Race:
As a True Dragon in the tensura verse, she is very much overpowered by tensura or any standard. So she has ability to kill or destroy the overblot students, but!
She won't do that, she doesn't want to kill the overblot students, as they are just students. So she shall just stick to helping the overblot student as little as possible.

Abilities:
I forgot about some of rimuru's skills (I feel like that's a lie, because I always watch tensura content 😅) but, if some things doesn't match rimuru's skills I'll just make my own.
So if some things don't feel canon, it's probably me making it up. I know Ciel can create unique skill every easily.BUT, I'm also going to create my own unique skill so that she won't use her every op abilities,and doesn't destroy the entire world💀(I'm also going to give her convenient abilities, like for example;controlling nature, make animals have consiousness
