For my first story, I was not expecting to get so excited and attached, but I had so much fun writing it and I hope you enjoyed! Now time for the end🫶

•Caesar rushed in the room, pulling me into his arms and crushing me.
"I'm so sorry Alex, I don't- why did we- I'm so sorry." He kept holding me right, threatening to kill me with his grip.
"Caesar-crushing-me." I squealed out.
"Shit, sorry." He backed away, allowing Chris to pull me up and out of bed, placing my head into the crook of his shoulder and wrapping his arms around it. He leaned down and whispered in my ear,
"I'll do everything to make it up to you." Then he let me go. I sat back down on the bed and a wave of apologies started.
"We had no right to do what we did." And
"You're allowed to go home." And
"We are so very sorry, we regret it." I smiled, it was nice to hear them apologizing. After a moment I spoke.
"I accept your apologies, thank you for allowing me to go home, and I know I was a little harsh earlier, or however long ago that was." I chuckled,
"I'm glad that you regret what you did, I wasn't absolutely miserable though. Overall I had fun." I smiled some more, it felt like I hadn't smiled in forever. The three men stayed quiet, it wasn't awkward though, just calm.
"We're still sorry." Nick said
"Yes, I know, thank you." I looked him in the eye, trying to portray just how much I meant those words.
"We'll be happy to set you up with a new apartment, money, a job, whatever you need." Caesar's words were kind, but he seemed sad.
"And we'll never bother you again." Chris added at last. Oh. They weren't going to see me, right. I mean I must have expected this, they're kind, but not in love. That's not what all this is.
"Oh-yeah uh right. Of course." I smiled, but it didn't reach my eyes, and I felt an odd pit form in my chest.
"It's morning now, um so we'll go make breakfast." Caesar grabbed Chris's hand and pulled him out do the door. Then Nick turned to me,
"You can pack up after breakfast, and we can set up anything you need, anything at all." He looked into my eyes and I had to look away. I remember now, how I realized I was falling for these three men, against every sane and boring bone in my body, I had fallen.
"Yeah, that's great, thanks" I smiled again, trying to make it feel real.
"You're okay now right? Do you need to yell at me some more, you can I deserve it!" Nick was absolutely serious and I laughed out loud.
"Yes yes, I'm okay. Yelling at you once was plenty satisfying and plenty scary." He smiled and my heart ached. How would I ever move on from these three?
"Well I'll go help with breakfast, I think Caesar said he was going to make sour cream pancakes, so he'll definitely need help." He chuckled and waved goodbye as he left.•••
"These don't look too bad." I said cheerfully as Caesar handed me my plate of pancakes.
"Really!" He exclaimed, then glared at Nick.
"Take that!" Nick rolled his eyes, and once more we all fell into silence. The pancakes really were delicious, and I was given extra bacon on the side. Chris noticed me smiling at my bacon and spoke.
"I know you love bacon, so I gave you a ton of extra." He smiled and I blushed. He-he noticed something like that?
"T-thanks." I was a little in awe. It was not helping me accept that I had to leave. After we finished breakfast I went up to my room to pack. Nick had given me a suitcase and said I could take all the clothes I wanted. I packed a few pairs of jeans, sweats, and t shirts. There was also a suit that I thought I might use someday, so I packed that too. I tried my best not to remember every memory of this place, but as I packed I couldn't help but get teary eyed. This would not be a time in my life I would forget, that I was sure of. It was just going to be hard to move on.
Knock knock
"Come in." I called. Nick walked in and closed the door behind him.
"Hey...um just let me know when you want to look at some apartments, or jobs. We'll pay whatever, you could even buy a house actually." I was happy they were offering me so much, technically is was their fault I probably lost my job, and had definitely been evicted for not paying my monthly bills. But it was still sweet.
"Thanks, I'll be down in just a bit." I smiled and turned back to packing. Nick lingered for a moment, as if he might say something, but then he left.•••
It had now been a week since the "incident" in the kitchen. I had found a nice apartment, a job at a pretty nice restaurant, and was given a...really good amount of money, to live as nicely as I wanted. I was supposed to leave today, my bags were packed, and I think I had finally excepted that I would have to leave. I'd be okay, I lived a boring life before, and now I'd live a boring life again, just with a very interesting story. I promised that I would never tell anyone what I saw in the alley that night, or any of the other questionable things that happened, so I wouldn't have much to tell, but that was okay. I'd always know, that's what mattered. I tried my best to not love these men, but my feelings had only grown stronger, especially with them being so attentive and helpful in the last week. But it was unrealistic, and they didn't love me back, and I had to move on. Yes, I would move on. Oh right! It was time to make breakfast. I promised to make one more meal before I left, it seemed like a very fitting farewell. I headed downstairs and almost made it there when I heard voices. I stopped in front of the door and listened for a moment. I was just curious.
"-can't we at least say something and let him decide." I think that was Caesar talking.
"No, we have to let him go, he's been through enough." The was definitely Chris.
"Chris is right on this, I know it hurts, but you'll move on...we'll move on." What? What did Nick mean 'move on'?
"I know I just...I've never felt like this since you two." Caesar sounded like a little kid. Never felt like...wait a damn minute. I barged in
"Never felt like what?" All three men turned and surprise laced their faces.
"Nothing Alex, we were just uh-" Chris tried to come up with and excuse but failed miserably.
"Well I meant-" Caesar tried speaking but Nick cut him off.
"Nothing, he meant nothing." He wore a pained expression.
"We're all just going to miss you that all." Caesar spoke quickly.
"W-why would you miss me?" They couldn't care that much right?
"What?" Chris spoke
"What do you mean why? You know why." He eyes me as if he had just made an inside joke and expected me to understand.
"N-no I don't know...? I was very confused.
"Well you're l- I mean." He looked to Nick.
"You really don't know?" I shook my head.
"Alex we-we care about you a lot. Like...a lot." My face went red.
"What-" I stood still.
"See, I told you he didn't feel the same." Nick scolded Chris.
"Wait what no!" Nicks head wiped back towards me.
"I-I care about you three a lot." I paused for a moment, should I?
"I mean...I-I like you all! In uh." Oh god oh god what was I doing?
"I like you all in a more...uh in a special way!" Special way? Why was I so embarrassing UG.
"What?" Slowly Nick walked toward me.
"Alex what the f*ck are you saying? I need it in very clear terms, right now." He grabbed my chin gently and tilted my head to meet his gaze.
"I- I like you! I like- love like you! F*ck Nick, Caesar, Chris. I love you all!" I was as red a tomato, I ducked my head down and felt more embarrassed than ever, which was saying a lot. Then I started rambling.
"Im sorry, I couldn't help it, I know it's stupid and we won't even see each other after today and I-" and then Nick was kissing me, kissing me like I was the only person in the whole wide world. His lips were soft, almost timid, as if asking permission to kiss me forever.
"Hey wait for us!" I heard Chris call. And just like that Chris grabbed me, kissing me firmly, and teasing my lips in typical Chris fashion. Finally Caesar kissed me, softly and desperately, like it was the end of the world and he just wanted one last kiss. But of course I had to ruin the moment! My knees gave out of pure shock and I feel to the floor.
"Shit sorry, I was so surprised I-" but I couldn't even get a word out before all three men joined me on the floor and started kissing me again.
"Don't leave Alex." Caesar whispered.
"Please." Nick spoke softly
"We'll treat you so well, promise." I just nodded my head and continued to kiss them all. I was so happy, so excited for what this meant. And I felt like a weight had been lifted, knowing I wouldn't have to leave them now. That I could be truthful and admit that I really did love these three. All so similar, yet so different, and that made me love each of them even more.I guess my future might not be so boring after all.
The End
