We just arrived and I already saw girls and boys talking and laughing. I knew I wouldn't have a chance to even speak to them. Luckily I didn't knew anyone from my school so I had to fear about one thing less.
I got out of the car and got my suitcase from the boot space. I just wanted to wave my mom goodbye as she got out of the car.
I knew this would get embarrassing. Before she could blame me in front of all these kids I quickly hugged her and said goodbye.
Before she could danything else I pushed her back into the car and waved her goodbye.~○•○~
We all had to sit in a circle on the floor. The attendant said hello to everybody and then started to give a small welcome speech.
"Hi guys! I'm Mandy and I'll be with you for two weeks and I hope we'll get along well with each other. Because we don't know each other everyone has to say their name and one thing they like. Let's start with you!"
She pointed at the girl who sat beside her.
The girl sighed and began to introduce herself. It went on like that until it was my turn.
"Hi I'm Alex and I like... I like to read"
I expected them to laugh or give me weird looks but they just moved on to the next person. At the end I only remembered two names: Liam and Anna. Liam has black hair and sharp features. His hair were messy and he was kinda overdressed but I liked it.
Anna was like every other city girl. She had brown long hair, flawless skin, light makeup and wore a summer dress which stressed her elegant hips. She hasn't looked at me at all but something about her made me smile.~○•○~
In the evening we had to choose our rooms and our roommates. I didn't care at all so I was the last who haven't had a room.
"Is there a bed free in one room?"
Mandy asked. Everyone shook their head except for Anna.
"We have one bed left and I wouldn't mind a fifth person in the room"
Her friends rolled their eyes and gave me cold looks but I just smiled and felt my heart speeding.I didn't knew what to say. I just stood their and looked at her.
She looked at me and waved me to come in. Before it could make it more awkward I took my suitcase and put it beside the free bed.
" th-thanks"
I stuttered. Fuck why is this so embarrassing. Why do I have to talk like this?
She just smiled at me and said
"That's not a big deal, I know the others are a bit annoyed but I hate it when I someone is excluded. This camp is there for everyone having fun."
I smiled like a fool. Before this could get embarrassing I turned around to unpack my suitcase. I heard hear giggle and then she went to her bed.
I felt the heat in my cheeks and my ears repeated her cute little giggle.
Wow, I didn't know that you can fall in love within minutes.~○•○~
