Pain is the leader of the Akatsuki, that won't be changed. We all know that Pain is Nagato Uzumaki , an ex student of Jiraya. I believe in "Everyone deserves a second chance" so I'll do that.. After his Akatsuki career ends after the 4th Great Shinobi War he marries Konan , since Yachiko is dead.

3. Deidara - he's cool even though who looks like a maniac about the core of Art - explosions. Still I'm gonna give him a second chance, so when he's being revived again after the 4th Great Shinobi war , he's going to change and not be a big maniac as before..
