Did she really hand someone money? Damn, that was already a bad thing. I don't even want to imagine the future if she keeps that up..:
"Give me my money. You said you'd hand it over today." Some random buff, tattooed blondie said. "Give me a day! I'm just missing 5 more dollars!" Jolyne said, pleading to the girl. "I gave you three weeks, hand it over." Jolyne was shaking and handed over the money she got. "This is only 45 dollars!" "I told you I was missing 5 dollars!" She snapped back. The blonde woman growled at her and slapped her. She then began to-
Wait.
Why am I thinking about this? She's Jolyne for God's sake! She'll probably overpower them anyways.
"If you can't find some way to collect what she owes you, what do you think will happen?" Gwess explained, pointing at a situation. "You'll end up like her." A girl with short black hair was probably pleading to the light-blonde woman. It obviously didn't work out. The girl had her money taken away and had gotten slapped. I mean, it isn't Jolyne, so it's alright, you thought.
"No one misses rumors in this aquarium. Jolyne couldn't even collect a single dollar she lent. Let's go borrow from her too! If we threaten her a little, I'm sure that she'll lend us a bit more. They'll just sponge off of you, just like her." Jolyne looked slighty concerned. "One after the other, everyday. And when you run out of money, they'll just sponge off of your body and your heart. If that isn't hell, then what is?" Jolyne just looked at her, skeptical about her words, but also believed her a bit.
"Hey, you're just exaggerating here." She says, showing her skepticism.
"Is she, Jolyne?" You say. Both of them turn to you, not realizing you had been listening to them. "I mean the hell part might be a bit over exaggerated, but she's right. If you just keep giving them what they want, they'll think you're weak and submissive. So they'll just keep mooching off of you." You warned her, afraid for her dear life. Jolyne could then fully believe you two and sighed.
"And look, there's the blonde. She went back into her cell and came back out, looking like she's not planning to come see you." Gwess shared. She then whispered to Jolyne but you could hear some parts. "... Truth.. Warn.. your sake.." Then, the both of them went to the library. You, being somewhat weary of Gwess, decided to follow.

By no time, you three got to the library. Jolyne walked up to the girl and started to talk to her. You would have done something, but her voice was so.. ANNOYING!! HOLY HELL, SHE HAD THIS HIGH PITCHED VOICE- let's calm down! You honestly had to cover your ears. But you say her get pissed at Jolyne and heard her yell. You were just pissed off at her. Then, she went back to being some innocent girl by begging for more money.
"The nerve of these people." You muttered under your breath. Gwess looked at you and nodded. "For real." Then, it became a full blown conversation. You two were too invested in your conversation, that you didn't see the blonde woman knock on the bathroom and get smacked by the bathroom door. You then finally noticed and saw her say something to the black haired girl. You couldn't hear her, but it was probably something cool.
You then walked to her and smiled at her. "Hey Jolyne, you're getting better at living in here." You praised her. She smiled back at you. It would've been fine, if you both didn't see a baseball. It darted across the floor, and then, that's when you saw it.
A little boy with blonde hair and tan skin. He wore a baseball outfit, with the brown glove.
You both looked at each other in shock. Why is a literal child here?! "Jolyne, (Y/N), tomorrow at noon, someone is going to come see you. But you can't. You can't go that person... you can't no matter what!" He squeaked. "You can't go see that person tomorrow. If you do, it won't just affect you two, something even worse than death will happen." He then just disappeared. Holly hell, did the lunch have drugs in it?
