Where it's Valentine's Day. That's all.

Shawn's POV

Today is February the 14th aka Valentine's Day and everyone is squealing over who got a rose or chocolate heart. And I hated this day with passion.

It's because for the past five years, ever since I came out gay, every single boy stays away from me and I only have one best friend who is a girl.

Jenna Horlicks.

Jenna had also came out gay to me so we are so close that we are pretty similar in terms of hobbies and our crushes who are all popular.

I am crushing on school jock Sam Wilkinson. Like have you seen him? He has gorgeous brown eyes, silky brown hair and slender body that will make you drool for ages. As for Jenna, she was crushing on High School sweetheart Tori Hamilton. And she is a total sweetheart because she is only popular for her manners and everyone genuinely smiled back at the beautiful girl.

"I want her to just look at me Shawn. She is the only blonde girl at this school who doesn't act dumb and really cares about everyone else." Jenna stated as she continued to stare at the girl with adoration.

"She will notice you Jenna. Just stop worrying okay?" I asked as I saw her head nod. Lately, every time Jenna looks away I see Tori looking this way all the time to glance at Jenna. I waved at the girl who waved back and continued to stare at the girl sitting beside me.

Skinny love, am I right?

Meanwhile, I felt a pair of eyes staring towards me and I know they aren't Jenna's because her glances are weird but I can't describe it. I looked around to see the boy who was staring at me.

Sam Wilkinson.

Why was he looking at me? I am nothing special, just that I can sing, play guitar and piano on some days.

That was until the organizer of the Valentine's Day secret admirer Aaron Carpenter made his way towards us. He was holding chocolates and roses. Probably to give Jenna a rose.

"Hi Jenna, hey Shawn." He chirped while we smiled back at him.

"Hi Aaron." We chirped back while he was searching through all of the roses. I first met Aaron two years ago when he sat alone because he had anxiety. But both Jenna and I helped him out and he is now confident to join the school committee. He passes two to Jenna and a chocolate while, surprisingly, he passed one to me. My eyes widened in surprise.

I got a rose? Oh my gosh!

"Shawn!" I hear someone say until I felt something hit my face. I grabbed my stinging cheek and turned to the only person I knew who would hit me.

"OW!" I shouted, getting everyone's attention in the hall. I grabbed my stuff and left for my first class.

"Hi Shawn." I turned in my seat to see that it was Nash.

"Hey Nash. So, did you get a rose from the boy that you say and I quote, 'the yummy hunk with chocolate hair'?" I asked while his cheeks flushed. I looked behind Nash to see the boy in speaking sitting by Sam.

Cameron Dallas.

"I didn't get a rose actually, but I heard that you got a rose." He said while wiggling his eyebrows, making my cheeks flush the same color as Nash's before.

"Yeah but I don't know who would give me a rose. I don't feel privileged to deserve a rose-" I was cut off by Nash gasping at me.

"Shawn! You deserve a rose! Have you seen what you look like?! You practically look like you worked in the Movie 'Magic Mike' and I never admit stuff like this ever!" Nash lectured me, resulting me with a smile on my face and my blush to deepen in color.

"Aw shucks Nash." I muttered before Nash went to sit by me and gave me a hug. Nash leant up to my ear.

"And by the way, Sammy is holding a jealous glare towards us." Nash whispered as my eyebrows raised before slightly turning my head to see that Sammy indeed looked jealous, and also Cameron much to my surprise.

"And so does Cameron." I whispered back while Nash's cheeks reddened in response.

"Well, we better make the most of their jealousy don't we?" Nash asked and I felt my face turning into a smirk along with the boy beside me.

"Let's do it."

"So explain the plan again for me." Jenna asked with a frown crossing her face while eating her toasted sandwich at our usual table.

"Nash and I will 'date' for today only to get a reaction from both Sammy and Cameron. Then if possible, they will come up to us to split us apart and we will 'cheat' on each other. It is as easy as that." I say casually.

"But it is confusing as hell." Jenna added while I noticed that Tori is making her way towards us, well to Jenna.

"Hi Tori." I say with a smile as she waved back.

"Um, can I have a word with Jenna alone please?" She asks warmly while both Nash and I nodded and grabbed his hand. We get up at once before Nash said, "Spend as much time with Jenna as you like. We have boys to make jealous anyways."

"Well, it's clearly working." She added and all of us turned to face the jock table to see that both Sammy and Cameron have jealousy written on their face. I felt a smirk appearing on my face.

"Let's start." I say before I kissed Nash on the lips right there. Nash doesn't taste that bad until I heard Cameron shout out, "Sammy!"

I break the kiss to see Cameron glare hatefully towards us.

"Nice job Shawn. Now you made Sammy cry and leave the cafeteria." Cameron spat towards me before I looked at Nash and he mouthed 'that backfired'. I remove my arms and he knew what I was going to do.

"Go get him tiger." Nash say to me before I smiled and went after Sam. But not before I say, "Go get Cameron," and left the cafeteria.

I ran through the whole school looking for Sammy while I heard people whispering to each other, probably because I made the school jock fucking cry. 

But then I remembered that there was one place he always go to when he is down. 

Mrs Chester's office.

Sorry Guys, I am going to do a Part 2 on this chapter. Watt pad is being an asshole and I had to do the ending about six times.
