The whole of Mukherjee family stayed peacefully in their village without any worries, mending their relations unaware that this was just the calm before the storm."Abhi, phone uthao na." Leher frowned while looking at the non stop phone buzzing.
"I'll answer after eating," he replied while easting his food.
"Kya hua? Kiska phone hein?" Rekha asked her son and looked over at him.
"Some person has been calling me non stop for the past one week, ma. When I'm answering, they're not replying." he rolled his eyes back at the behavior of the caller.
"What if something's gonna happen?" Jharna gulped down water just at the thought of bad things happening.
"Yaar, tum aisi negative batein na karo," Rahul sulked and intertwined his hands with his wife.
"Abhi, what if it's our client? You can't be so ignorant, right?" Prem asked him making Abhi sigh out loud.
"Bhai it's not a client's call. I'm sure of it. Someone's just trying to play a prank on me. It's not gonna be funny after a few times. I will track this person down." Abhi reasoned the calls and quietly answered everyone's questions.

LEHER POV-
"Hello?" Abhi picked up his ringing phone. He again got a call from the same number.
"Is it the same person?" I asked him and took the water pipe out of his hands.
"Yeah," he said and cut the call.
I nodded my head and looked at the plants.
In the past few days Abhi and I got the habit of watering the plants in their backyard together. Abhi found an excuse to spend more time with me in peace and I didn't mind the new calm Abhi around me.
I slowly walked towards a special plant. A plant that holds a special place in my heart. It's the plant that we both sowed togther, philodendron. It represents growth of a relationship. I didn't know the meaning until I goggled it but Abhi knew it all along. He was the one who specially bought it for me because I had the urge to plant something.
"It's growing pretty fast right?" Abhi questioned while walking towards me.
I looked back at him with a wide smile and nodded my head. "It's growing really fast. I hope it's not a bad sign," I frowned and looked at looked at the small plant.
"Growth is never a bad sign, sukoon." He casually dropped a new name, hoping I wouldn't notice the new name but I did.
I looked down trying to cover my red cheeks but failed miserably considering the fact that Abhi started laughing out of nowhere.
A hearty laugh left out of Abhi's mouth making me look up quickly. It was a sight to behold. His bright smile assured me that he was slowly healing. He was making growth. Most importantly our relationship was making growth.
I smiled softly at him and covered my face with my hands. "Stop laughing," I whined and looked at him through my the gap of my fingers.
"I won't," he said and his laughter got louder and closer.
He slowly wrapped his hand around my shoulder and brought me closer.
"No, I don't want to stay close to you till you stop laughing," I frowned and jokingly pushed him away.
"Accha," Abhi narrowed his eyes at me and caged me in his arms.
"Caught you, abhi kya karogi?" he smirked at my helpless state but little did he know that I had a water pipe in my hand.
"Ye karungi," I immediately splashed the water from the pipe on him and laughed out loud.
"Leher, you are gonna get it," he said tried to catch me but I ran away from him.
"You're never gonna get me," I laughed at his attempts to catch but I should've known that my husband was a fast runner.
"Haha, caught you." he said and winked at me.
"Abhi, chodo na. You're all wet," I whined at looked at him with a merciful expression hoping that he would let me go.
"Kabhi nahi, jaan. Tit for tat." He said and splashed water on me too while pinning my hands behind.
He let out a laugh making me laugh too.
"Move, you're very cold," I giggled and pushed him a little making him pull me closer.
I was slowly getting warm towards him because of the way he made me feel. He made me feel prioritized in our relationship. This is what we both deserve. Complete genuine and true feelings towards each other.
"Never let you go, my sukoon," he said and kissed the top of my head making my breath hitch.
Such moments were still new to us.
"Too fast?" He asked me and I shook my head.
"Perfect pace," I giggled and got a little comfortable around him.
While we were lost in our own world, we heard a feminine voice calling out my husband.
"Abhi?" we turned around to look at the entrance of the backyard.
My heart dropped to my stomach after looking at the person in front of us.
"Aakriti?"
