'Three years, and ever hour awake is miserable now. No knock on the door can raise me from this sleep, and it gets longer every time. I don't want to leave this room anymore. ..I don't want to leave this dream anymore.'Spring closed his journal while sitting by his bed. He has kept track of the amount of time that passed for so long now. Three years of endless guilt, as everyone else goes on with their lives. Autumn's illness has grown worse, and Winter is still missing. Not even one person knows where he went, or what happened to him.
It's currently 10:38PM outside, as the crickets were heard. Spring went over to his window and stared outside. The soft breeze brushed against the trees. He then backed away and closed the curtains. He decided to leave the room for a bit, but he stopped as he stood by the door.
Door: 'I don't want to go out there again.'
It's gotten' to the point where Spring no longer wants to leave his own room. He backed away from the door, and noticed his mirror. He walked over to it and stared.
Mirror: 'I wish I covered it already.'
Spring quickly ran to the side, away from the mirror's reflection. He's had enough of everything. Even staring at his own reflection makes his heart scream. Yet, it doesn't matter. There is no going back anymore.
Spring wants to be with Summer again. He went over by his bed, and read the note that Summer wrote before the incident. It was on the table by the lamp which is next to Spring's bed.
'..No matter what, I'll always be with you, Spring. Please don't forget that, and thank you, for everything.'
It is now 11:02PM. Spring's eyes felt heavy, despite that heavy feeling always being there. He turned off his lamp and proceeded to lay down.
Bed: 'I don't want to be awake anymore.'
Those were Spring's last thoughts, before slowly drifting off into a very deep sleep. Unaware that he may not wake up this time...
