Accident

POV: TAYLOR

It was the next day and Travis was cuddled up next to me in his bed. I then heard a little whine and I assumed Emmy had woken up, since she does that every time she wakes up.

I didn't want to wake up Travis, so I slowly got out of his arms and made my way to Emmy's room. " Tay-Tay!!" Emmy screamed when she saw me come in.

"Shhh, your Daddy is still sleeping." I chuckled a little. " Sorry" She made a sad face. " so how you sleep?" I asked, while I picked her up. " Good" She snuggled me.

" How about we get you a cleaned up and make some breakfast?" I asked her, and she nodded.

I changed her, and out in this beautiful blue dress and made her two little pig tails. We made our way down to the kitchen and I grabbed the stool for her. We made some pancakes and cut down some fruits.

After we got done I cleaned up everything and grabbed Emmy to head to Travis. " Daddy" Emmy jumped on him and it made me laugh. " Ow!! Well that's a way to wake up" He whined. " Hehe" Emmy laughed.

" Mornin baby" Trav leans in to kiss me. We both kiss when we feel someone pulling us apart. " My Tay- Tay!!!" Emmy screams. " HEY!! No screaming, do you understand!?" Trav tells her.

" Trav it's fine, it's not a big deal" I grabbed Emmy who has now tears in her eyes. " I'm sorry, princess come here" Emmy shakes her head. " Break feast is down stairs" I tell him as me and Emmy leave the room.

I wasn't mad at him it's just I didn't like the way he talked to her. I put down Emmy in her high chair and serve all of us breakfast. Travis then came down.

He then comes up to me and wraps his hands around my waist. " Tay you mad at me?" He whispers in my ear. I shake my head and he nods.

We sat down and continued to eat. We finished eating and Trav to over the dishes today and me and Emmy decided to play for a little bit.

POV:TRAVIS

I finished the dishes and the whole morning since yesterday I thought about it I should get Emmy a cat. I knew how happy it will make her and Taylor.

I decided to get her a cat but I also wanted it to be a surprise. I decided to not tell Tay about this, knowing how happy she'll get.

I walk to Emmy's play room. " Hey I'm going to run to the gym real quick, I will be back before 3" I tell them. " K, love you, drive safe" Tay tells me and I give her a quick kiss before I head out.

POV:TAYLOR

Trav left to the gym and Emmy looked tiered, so I put her down for a nap. I took the time while she was asleep to text Blake.

Taylor: Hey Blake.

Blake: Hey Tay, How's KC so far?

Taylor: It's been good so far.

Blake: Hey can I call you if you can, Just want to catch up to you?

Taylor: Yeah for sure.

Blake Proceed to face time call me. " Hey girl" she said. " Hey" I respond. " What are u up to?" Blake asked.

" Just put down Emmy for a quick nap, meanwhile Trav went to the gym" I tell her.

We continued to gossip around and catching up with each other's life when I then hear a scream coming from Emmy's room.

" Oh no!! Blake I'm sorry I have to go" I quickly ran to her room to see her laying down on the floor. " Emmy what happened?" I asked her. She started to cry and I felt bad for not checking up on her earlier.

" I walk and tripped on toy" She said still sobbing in my arms. " Oh honey, are you okay? let me see you leg" she slowly stopped crying and showed me her leg. It had a scratch and a little bit of blood.

" Come here, let's go get your leg cleaned up." I carry her to Travis room and grab the emergency kit.

After I got done cleaning up Emmy, I sat her down on the bed and put on a cartoon in the tv and cuddled up next to her.

" You feel better honey?" I asked and she slowly nodded. I text Blake after that because she had been asking what had happened or if something was wrong.

Blake: Taylor it's everything okay? What happened?!!

Taylor: Everything is fine, she accidentally tripped on one of her toys and she got a scratch on her leg a little bit of blood.

Blake: well this is probably the last time Travis lets you babysit.

Taylor: oh Shit I haven't even told him. Byee!!!

I quickly texted Travis what happened.

POV: TRAVIS

I picked out this kitten. He had blue eyes, grey and white fur and was a really snuggly cat.

On my way home I got a text from Taylor.

Taylor: Hey I'm soooo sorry. But Emmy had an accident. I put her down for a nap after you left, and when she woke up she tripped on one of her toys. She scratched her leg a little and some blood came out. I'm so sorry I didn't check up on her earlier.

I read the message and I could obviously tell Taylor was blaming her self when it wasn't her fault.

Travis: Tay it's okay. I'm on my way come and accidents happen. It's not even your fault baby don't blame it on you. And also when I get home alr sure you both are on the room.

Taylor: Alright

I drove home and once I got there I slowly sneaked in the room seeing Taylor and Emmy both cuddled up.

" Surprise!!" I handed them the kitten.
" DADDY!!!!" Emmy jumped into my arms and I kissed her forehead. She went back to the cat who was with Taylor. " Thank you daddy" Emmy said. " you welcome but you better behave and be a nice girl okay" She nodded.

Taylor looked at me with a big smile in her face, she turned away to pet the kitten.

" Emmy how are you feeling? Taylor told me you had an accident" I asked her.

" I feel better Daddy. Tay-Tay took care of me" She says. I smiled and give Taylor a quick kiss.

" So what's his name?" I asked Emmy. " Snowy!!" She said.

Time goes by and we're all c dueled up together in the couch. Emmy falls asleep next to Taylor and the Snowy. " You're a good dad you know" Taylor tells me. " And you'll be a good mom, I know you will" I kissed her.
