Jealousy

Taylor pov:

It had been a few days since I went to Travs first game. Today was family and friends day at practice and Travis told me and Emmy if we wanted to go. I been taking care of Emmy for Travis since he has practice, I don't mind she's a well behave girl and even if wasn't I would still do it.

Of course I had said yes to going to practice with him. After our first time of us revealing our relationship from going  to one of his games, we went out after that.

As it right now we were both laying down in bed. Travis was holding me tight with his arm wrapped around my waist.

I had woken up earlier and I couldn't fall back asleep. I didn't want to wake up Travis since he needs rest because I know practice can get really hard.

"Tay" Travis whispered. " go back to sleep Trav, you have practice tomorrow" I  stroke his hair. " why are you awake? Are you ok" I nod. " I'm fine baby, I woke up earlier and I can't fall back asleep" I say.

He then kisses my forehead and begins to rub my back. We stayed in silence and I could feel my eyes slowly closing.

Next thing I know is that, I woke up and I could feel that Travis is not next to me. I see the light in the bottom from the bathroom door, from the little gap.

I assume he was getting ready for practice since it was 6:30. I then see him coming out of the bathroom.

" Good morning  my beautiful lady" He came over and kissed me. " Morning handsome" He then pulls away and I pout.

" I have to go to practice already, see you later when you and Emmy come" He says grabbing his stuff.

" K, see you later" I give him a quick kiss before he leaves.

Trav then leaves and I decide to sleep for a little more.

I then hear a cry coming from Emmy's room. I hurried and got there. I rushed to her room and opened the door.

" Emmy what's wrong?" She then starts crying. " Oh honey" I climbed up next to her and hugged her.

She continued to sob, I tried to calm her down so I could at least try to talk to her.

" Emmy honey what's wrong?" She looked at me with a scared face. " Tay-Tay I scared" She hugged me tightly.

"About? Can you tell me why?" I asked and she nodded. " I had a nightmare about daddy's old girlfriend about hitting me" I wish I could erase the memory she has through live.

As much as I didn't want to tell Travis I needed to talk to him. " Oh Emmy I'm sorry but that will never happen again. Not a single person will lay a finger on you" She then looked at me.

" You promise?" She asked. " I promise"
I thought about it if I should let Emmy know that I will tell Travis about this. I made her a promise at first but I feel like I needed to let him.

" Emmy, how about we tell dad about this?" She shook her head. " No- No!!!Daddy can't know" She says. " Baby if we tell him maybe it will help you a little bit to get it out of your mind" She hesitated but then nodded.

"Okay" I gave her a hug and a kiss in her head. " How about you take a shower and we get ready to see him at practice" She nodded and we picked out our outfits.

After I got Emmy done I cooked her some breakfast to eat meanwhile  I got ready. " Emmy come down and eat, I have to get ready and afterwards we will leave" I tell her and she comes down.

" Thank you Tay-Tay" She says. " you're welcome honey, now I eat all of it" She starts eating.

I came upstairs to get ready. I choose to wear some leggings, chiefs t- shirt and a black hat. I did a natural look of makeup today since it was going to be hot out. I tied my hair into a ponytail since it was also windy.
