Hongjoong and Seonghwa have been friends since they were kids, even tho in school they pretended to dispise each other it made it easier for them so people wouldn't know they were friends,
Seonghwa was the popular one in Highschool so the attention was always on him at the school. but when the both of them joined KQ they didn't have to pretend to hate each other,
each day as trainees the both of them helped each other out with the dances so that the both of them could debut together. it was coming up to the day where the company would chose who is and isn't going to debut and everyone was scared.
it was now the end of June of and everyone was scared, when the staff member walked into the room everyone greeted her, "as everyone knows today we are picking some of u to debut as a group and the rest of u will either go home or stay to train a little longer."
everyone nods, "the lot of u who will be going to be in a group are, Hongjoong, Seonghwa, Mingi, Yeosang, Wooyoung, San, Yunho, Jongho and Junyoung, u guys will debut." everyone nodded and the staff member left. everyone said goodbye to the other's who were leaving.
on the 9th of July Ateez had their song "from" released, just before October Junyoung had left the group due to the fact he had only trained for a month so the group was now 8 members instead of 9.
so on the 9th of October the grouped debuted and changed their name from KQ fellaz to Ateez. the group were slowly making a name for them selfs but it was taking time but the memebrs were happy that their fan's were loving their album's. during their wonderland album Seonghwa had confessed his love to Hongjoong and they started dating.
it was now 2022, and everything was slowly going back to being normal since covid happened, Ateez were currently preparing for a comeback and Hongjoong has stayed behind in the company to practise the dance, while Hongjoong was walking out of the building he fell on the floor because of his head spinning and when he fell on the floor he hit his head, a staff member seen Hongjoong fall and ran to him,
after getting no repsonse from him the staff took him to the hosptial, back at the dorm Seonghwa just got a text from the staff to let him know about Hongjoong, "everyone grab ur phones we need to go." everyone looked at Seonghwa confused. "what's wrong."
"Hongjoong is in the hospital we need to go come on." everyone grabbed their phone and hoodies before picking up their shoes before running out of the dorm to the car. when everyone arrived at the hosptial Seonghwa seen the staff member and ran to him.
"what's wrong with Hongjoong." "as u know he stayed behind." "right." "as I was going to tell him it was time to go home he was in the lobby but before I could do anyhting he fell to the floor and hit his head first."
"so what does this mean." "I don't know they have taken him to get some tests done all we can do for now is wait." everyone besides from Seonghwa was sat down, when the doctor arrived everyone stood up, "what's wrong with Hongjoong."
"we had to put him into a coma for him to heal he hit his head really hard on the floor." "its my fault for allowing him to stay at the comapny to go over the dance." "its not ur fault San its mine I shouldn't have left him in the dance studio." "what do we do now." "u can go see him, he is in the 6th room on ur right." everyone nods, everyone made their way to his room. Seonghwa was crying when he seen his boyfriend like that.
"everything will be ok he is a strong and stubborn person he will make it I know he will." San nods, "Mingi is right." a few days had gone by Seonghwa had never left Hongjoong's side and the compny had to make a statment saying Ateez's comeback was postponed until Hongjoong can recover.
The fan's were happy that they group was postpoing the comeback to give them rest but they were also confused by what they ment with Hongjoong to recover. a few days turned into 3 months and Ateez couldn't postpone their album anymore so they went back to work on that and do the promotion's. the only 2 that wasn't there were Seonghwa and Hongjoong everyone was confuse but never asked.
it was coming up to the 4th month of Hongjoong not wakeing up and everyone was starting togt worried, the other memebers had arrived at the room they seen that Seonghwa was asleep, they walked in quietly and looked at the both of them, "at least he is asleep he hasn't slept in month's."
"sleep must of over taken this time." Hongjoong woke up looked around the room and seen Seonghwa sleeping before he noticed the other's, "omg ur awake." "what happened." "u fell on the floor in the company." "how long was I out." "3 month's was going into the 4th month's."
Hongjoong sits up and gorans. "I don't rememebr much who are u guys." "we are ur members." "who." "ur in a group called Ateez we are ur members and ur boyfriend is next to u asleep." Hongjoong looked at Seonghwa who was asleep in the chair.
Hongjoong looked at everyone confused, that's when the doctor walked in, "ah ur awake welcome back." "yea I am but who are they." "they are ur family and they will take u home." "ok.. but I don't know them tho." "u will with time." Hongjoong nods.
after the doctor explained everything to the other's Hongjoong was just stareing at Seonghwa who was still asleep, he strokes Seonghwa's cheek which caused him to wake up and look at Hongjoong, Seonghwa hugs him,
"u don't know how much I have missed u." "I missed u to." Hongjoong said quitelty. Seonghwa was confused, and looked at Hongjoong. "what's wrong my love." "scared." "of what." Hongjoong points to the other's. Seonghwa had figured it out with out them telling him, "its ok they are friends." "are u sure." Seonghwa nods.
that night with the help of Seonghwa, Hongjoong got to know everyone again but he still doesn't rememeber anyhting. for the rest of the year everyone had helped Hongjoong remember who he was and who everyone was,
when Hongjoong had to pretend to know for the fan's it was difficult but he still managed to pretend, but the fan's had figured it out since Hongjoong wasn't he usual loud self who was always wanting attention from the others or his bf. the fan's didn't say anyhting lucky for him.
a year had now been and Hongjoong had his memories back and was back to his usual self. everyone was happy he got his memories back, so when Ateez made a new comeback Hongjoong and Seonghwa worked hard on their duo song and made sure the fan's would love it.
