CHAPTER-30

KIARA'S POV:

He was stunned when he heard that but composed himself quickly and then asked: " Did you just ask me to be your mate?"

I smiled softly and nodded.

He blinked twice and asked again: " You knew I was a feral, but why did you want me as your mate?"

I nodded and said: "Good question, I knew you are a feral.

Did you abduct me, do something bad to me, or did you have any bad intentions towards me?"

He shook his head rapidly and replied: " No, I don't have that intentions or thoughts.

And I would never hurt you, little female."

I smiled at that and spoke: " See, you don't have any bad intentions, and you wouldn't hurt me knowingly, so why shouldn't I want you as my mate?

And also, we were connected, and I was attracted to you.

Isn't it enough to take you as my mate?"

He thought about it and nodded, then asked: " Did you seriously want me?" 

I nodded seriously and replied: " Absolutely."

He smiled dazzlingly and said: " Alright then, I will be your fourth mate from now on."

I giggled and said: " That's a promise."

He laughed along with others at that and coiled his tail around my waist, then gently pulled me into his arms.

I sat on his tail, hugged his neck, and felt his hands around my waist. 

He smiled charmingly and rubbed my clothed belly gently.

Then he said: " They said you were pregnant." 

I nodded, then I thought of something and said: " I would mate with you ten days later, tho.

Is that okay with you?"

He nodded and asked: " Why did you come to the forest earlier?" 

I lightly slapped my temple and replied: " We were going to collect fruits, seeds and nuts.

We were thinking of moving away from here after three weeks."

He smiled and said: " Then let's go collect them after we ate."

I nodded, and we talked for some time while Winston went out to hunt prey.

When he came back, he had some herbs and three deers.

He and my other mates went out to cook the food and came back after 30 minutes with the cooked food.

We ate, and then Winston and Evander went back to collect cotton while we three went out to collect fruits, seeds and nuts. 

 It took us three hours to collect what we wanted, and when we reached the cave, I saw both Winston and Evander were waiting for us.

I waved at them, and then we all went into Curtis's cave. 

After Curtis started packing the little amount of things he had.

After I put his thing in the space, yes, I showed them.

I don't deliberately keep that secret from him, tho like all my other mates, he could also see but wouldn't know until we mated.

As expected, Curtis was curious but didn't ask, which made me smile, so I said: " I will explain after we mated."
