CHAPTER-32

KIARA'S POV:

The next day, I woke up to clear my stomach, then went to the bathroom to complete my daily routines and take a bath.

After that, I got out to dress up for the day.

Then I went out and greeted Winston, who was making some napkins I remembered Curtis was doing this work, but now it was being done by Winston.

Whatever, I don't care anyway, and like that, I went to the Kitchen, made some fruit juice, went beside Winston, and sat down.

He was smiling at the entire situation but didn't make a sound.

When I saw I was sitting down, he greeted me, and I greeted him back.

Then he got up and went to make my medicine.

And he handed me the bowl; I took it, and then I drank the entire thing in one gulp.

He chuckled and handed me some sweet berries.

I started to munch on them while helping Winston with what fur to choose.

While talking to him about the missions, I remembered I completed 3 of the five missions except the difficult and special ones.

I was mated to another three mates other than Winston for 2 months duration, which is the medium mission.

We planted 20 different types of seeds in the farmland, and I made clothes for all my mates.

These two happened to be the easy ones.

I think the difficult and special ones may take a long time to complete.

So we have to wait until then we have more important matters to consider, like me giving birth.

Earlier this week, I asked Harvey if we could find out the father of our children, and Harvey said we could maybe in a week.

I was okay with that, tho.

We were thinking about moving from here in 1 or 2 weeks, which was what I wanted.

I was feeling like I was in a box, which suffocates me.

I like freedom and peace very much being in the military does that to you.

You will carve for peace and quietness quite often.

Anyway, we wouldn't be going in that way if I started I wouldn't be able to finish in one day.

After some time, my other mates came back with prey, cotton and fruits.

Even tho we collected things, we still hunt if possible.

When Curtis saw me, he came and lifted me, then put me on his tail.

I wrapped my arms around his neck and leaned on his chest, then looked at him with my chin on it. 

He smiled and asked: " Are you feeling fine, Darling?"

I kissed my mark on his chest and said: " I'm fine, Caro Mio."

He kissed my temple and then said: " I'm very happy, darling."

I looked at him in confusion, then heard him: " I thought I would be single my entire life.

I never thought one day, a female would want me as her mate.

Even when you accepted me, I thought you wouldn't love me like the rest.

So I thought if I showed you I could love you like others, you would maybe like me.

But I slowly started to fall in love with you the more I got to know you.
