A/n from a friends suggestion I'll be doing little markers for when POV switches, * is Satoru and ° is Suguru. Enjoy!
----------The final bell rang and everyone got up from their seats and like usual his group walked out the room together, though he noticed Suguru was still sitting at his desk, Satoru contemplated turning back but he shook his head, why did he care so much anyway he just met the guy!
Though some how it didn't quite feel like he just met Geto Suguru.
They all put their outside shoes on as they began saying their goodbyes, Kento complaining how how the sun was already starting to set, Satoru hadn't really paid attention to how the days seemed to start getting shorter, it never really drew his attention since he never really bothered to look, though he did find the sky to be beautiful at this time of day.
They'd walk out of the glass front doors and make their way toward the front gate when he felt something weighing him down almost, as if the force of gravity increased only for him, his thoughts going back to Suguru, turning his head he had a good look at the classroom and could have sworn he saw his silhouette.
° He packed up his stuff finally after he finished writing the stuff down that was on the board, it was a lot easier to focus in the quiet of the classroom, especially since he didn't have Satoru turning around every now and then to ask him questions, none of the questions were even related to the subject the teacher was talking about- he wondered if he was either so smart he didn't need to pay attention, or if he just didn't care enough to pay attention.
Walking down the stairs he'd hear the doors open, turning the hallway seeing a rather in a hurry looking Satoru standing on one foot as he worked on taking his outside shoe off, looking up and making eye contact with him and they both stood there and stared at each other.
"Forgot something?" He asked the frazzled looking boy who stood a good distance away from him, finally putting his raised leg down and turning to face him better.
"Uh, well, I thought I did yeah-" Satoru replied rubbing the nape of his neck, Suguru walked past him and started the transition from his school shoes to his outside shoes.
"Must have been something important because you really came in here in a hurry." Suguru remarks as he turns back to face the other who was now staring at him intently, Suguru would keep the eye contact for a little before raising an eyebrow and started to wonder if there was something on his face.
"Important," There was a prolonged pause between Satoru's sentence as the boy continues to stare at him, "I guess it was important, but I can't seem to remember what it was." Satoru finished finally with a chuckle.
"Hm, well I'm going home now, see ya." He shrugged turning around and readjusted his shoulder strap before walking to the door.
"Oh yeah me too!"
Satoru caught up to him and walked next to him wordlessly, staring straight ahead as they passed the school gates and both started the walk to the train station.
"You ride the train too?" Suguru finally decided to ask a question to break the silence.
"Mhm, I live in a apartment complex further into the city and both my parents work so picking me up isn't an option." The boy explains with a smile, "What about you?"
"It's kinda the same situation for me, say is there a little ramen shop by your apartment complex?" Suguru inquired suddenly feeling very interested in the answer.
"Yeah, how'd you know?" Then it seemed like the reality hit Satoru, "Oh my God we live in the same apartment complex!! Isn't that so cool!? How come I didn't see you on the train this morning then?" He would beam, shooting Suguru with questions left and right.
