Author’s POV

Aster was sleeping when he felt something ticklish on his nose. He furrowed his eyebrows in half sleep and rubbed his nose and again went to sleep.

After a few seconds he again felt the same thing, he rubbed it again, this happened three times until he opened his eyes and saw his Ray having a feather in her hand with a biggest smile on her face that her dimples were visible.

He smiled at her and pulled her towards him and she laid beside him. He wrapped his hands around her waist and again closed his eyes inhaling her scent.

She poked her finger on his cheek and said "Wakey Wakey Trey. You need to get up, today you have to teach me horse riding, I am so excited." She exclaimed while clapping her hands together once.

He looked at her and put his head on his palm which was being supported by his elbow. "My Ray is excited?" he asked and she nodded her head. "Then we should make her more excited." The smile she gave him was worth millions.

"Really? How?" She asked with a shine in her Amber eyes.

"Like This" he said and started tickling her on her stomach and she started giggling and saying no in between of her laugh. Her laugh echoed in the palace.

After the laughing session, Aster got up from bed and went to freshen up. When he came out of the bathroom, he saw his Ray laying on bed and admiring their both photo frame. He smiled and went towards her. “Ready?” he asked and in return she nodded her head.

We both went towards the garden to see their whole family talking, laughing and having tea. Delbert and Emyr were sitting on the grass talking about anything and everything.

They both went towards their family and greeted them. Esmeray went to his father and sat on his lap. “Dadda, Dadda today Trey would teach me house riding. YAY! I am so excited!” she exclaimed and her father gave her a full blown up smile.

It was visible to everyone that being the only daughter of the family, she was not the princess but the queen of this home.

“Let’s go, Ray.” Aster told her and she ran towards the horse.

“Stop running Es.” Shouted Delbert and in return she just laughed and increased her speed a little. She stopped in front of a white horse which is the only horse which is not dangerous in the palace and every child of this house has learnt horse riding from her.

Aster helped her climb the horse and climbed behind her. He caressed the horse and then held the reins from which the horse would move. “The first step is to make her know that you are not going to hurt her, make her familiar with your touch and most importantly, make her trust you and in return keep your trust on her.” Aster explained and Esmeray listened to everything attentively.

The horse then started moving at a slow speed and Esmeray immediately smiled and craned her neck to look at Aster and in return Aster smiled at her. “Look in front of you, you should always concentrate when you are doing some work.” Aster told Esmeray.
