Apparition 17: The Half Tale

Third Person's POV

-Classroom-

"It looks like Hanako kun is bothered by something" Yashiro thought while looking at the raven haired kid who was drawing something on paper during class.

"Hana-" before she could complete, teacher announced a test.

"Today test is about science!"

In a sudden, Amane's expressions turned happy. It was all about space and moon. His favorite topic.

-after an hour-

"Huh? I don't even need to check the answer sheets, Amane is topper while Akane is 2nd"

Amane smiled innocently and he was happy for his school days. It was like getting a second life, even if it is a fake body.

"Amane kun, how can you do that great in science" Nene who had average marks asked.

"You can say I'm studying this for 50 years" he shrugged and left the room after the bell. She was confused by the answer.

Hanako's POV

I remember when there was nobody in the school, only the moon gave me his company. The moon where I wanted to go, my dreams, I couldn't follow them but they still followed me, even afterlife.

I got new dreams, the throne of leadership. And there are many friends now. Yashiro, that Kid and Saku-

"Dammit" I still didn't forget how she betrayed me. I have to fight alone after this. There'll be no one who'll fight for me, I've to support myself-

"I'm there for you" I saw a hand on my shoulder and it was Yashiro's voice.

"You looked so concerned. Is something bothering you?" She added.

"No. I was just thinking about normal things" I scratched back of my head. Telling her everything is right for now.

"Why don't you just leave that throne thing? If you're able to leave this school by using this body then why don't you live again. You've got many friends, and then you'll be able to date someone" Nene suggested. It's not a bad plan.... But not very good either.

"I'm not doing this for some greed. That's not even a revenge. But mysteries are suffering by the current leader, and he's just killing every apparition who's wrong rather than changing it's rumors so I've to stay here forever" I explained, as her face was confused and angry.

"You talk too much. What about a donut party. I and Kou kun are paying" my eyes were glowing just by imagining the taste of donuts. Even before I could realize, I answered yes.

-School Canteen-

"So what's our next plan" the food choke inside my throat when Kid spit out the secret which I was hiding.

"*Cough Cough* why don't you just *cough cough* shut up" I drank a cup of hot tea and gave an angry view to him.

"About what you're talking?"

"Okay Yashiro" I don't have any choice

*Blah Blah*

"You love that thing so much that you even went against your brother, don't you?" Kou asked in between, as I tried to remain calm.
