Apparition 18: Brotherly Battle (1)

Third Person's POV

"Stop kidding Hanako" she giggled a bit, but Hanako showed her knife.

"There's no time for jokes" he looked at her, with the predatory eyes which he showed while thinking about dangerous plans.

"You can't be serious!" Her eyes went wide and expressions went serious. She stood from her place with a gulp.

Instead of answering, he suddenly jumped at her and swung his knife.
She evaded the strike, as the table broke in half. That power was pretty strong, enough to cut her in half.

"Come on, you're working for Tsukasa too. You thought it'll be secret forever huh?" He kicked the chair which was near the broken table.

"Y-You're breaking the rules.... If I d-die then you'll have to pay"

"I already have a huge bounty on my head. One murder will just make me famous"

Sakura's face was fully scared now. The girl who never showed a single expression on her cold face was now full of expressions, mostly like fear. She was consumed by it.

"Keeping you alive doesn't worth it. Backstabbers are supposed to be dead girl!" He gave another wicked grin as he rushed in preparing for another swing.

In fear, the green haired girl just closed her eyes.

*Swing*

Sakura slowly opened her eyes, and she saw the blood on the floor. But ironically, she didn't feel any pain. She looked at her body. No bruise, no cut, not even a scratch.

"You can't hurt milady. I'm still alive" it was Natshiko's blood. When she looked above, Hyuga was towering her. He still had a smile on his face, while his back was bruised by the swing.

"Damn it, things are worse now. His blood isn't safe for me" Hanako thought in mind, he needed a plan now.

"Hanako, in order to kill Milady, first you've to pierce me" he turned his back, watching the apparition in angry eyes.

"Don't get in my way Natsuhiko. We're friends, and you're not in my radar. You'll just kill yourself" after listening the statement, the boy just laughed. He was standing tall for battle.

"Come on Hanako, you severed the bond already after trying to kill her. And you're alone here"

"You don't have anyone to fight here either" Hanako stated but instead listening, Natsuhiko bit his thumb, drawing blood from it.

"It's over!" He ran and tried to touch him with that hand, but Hanako dodged it.

With a smile, the boy rubbed his hand on his bruised back and sprinkled it on the apparition but he blocked using his knife. Sakura was watching all the battle with eyes of terror.

"Haku Joudai!" The white orbs fled with lightening speed, sandwiching him between wall and himself. Suddenly the white will o wisp expanded, making a balloon which trapped the boy except his thorat and head.

"I'm not really good in throwing darts" Hanako closed his one eye and aimed for Natsuhiko's throat.

"Fire!" He threw the knife straightforward on the boy's throat. It's over for him.

"See Sakura, you share the same fate as him" Hanako said after turning his back to Natsuhiko.

"Koku Joudai~" the voice made his eyes wide. Tsukasa was there.

The knife was on the ground at Tsukasa's side. But instead of carrying it, he kicked it in a third direction.

"Amane, you tried to kill a human in front of my eyes. I guess it's your judgement day" he smiled wickedly as his eyes were all black.

"But since you're my beloved brother, I'll give you a chance. If you defeated me in a hand to hand fight, I'll let you live and even let you kill them. But if you lose......" There was no words needed for that.

Hanako looked at the knife once, and then at his brother. With a gulp, he slowly nodded.

"Good choice" with a sudden smirk, Tsukasa ran at his brother and charged a punch at him, but the older one moved his head away which directly landed on the wall, making a visible mark on it.

Slowly, Tsukasa pulled the hand out, staring in Hanako's eyes directly.

"You remember how did we make a chaos that night? The day when I, became the seventh of the seven wonders?" He asked, as the blurred memories awakened.

Hanako's POV

-Flashback-

Note: Italic words = flashback

"The one who'll be culprit of this actions will disappeared by us" we all started watching at each other after the announcement.

"Tsukasa, you sure you didn't do it?" I looked at him with suspicious eyes.

"Oh Amane, why will I do it? I'm not a thief. You can check my pockets in fact" he hung his hand in air, like a crucifix way and smiled innocently, but maybe I should give a try.

I put my hands in his pocket, but nothing was there. It was all empty.

"Stop tickling me brother, now let me check yours" he smiled at me with totally black eyes, as we changed roles.

He started inspecting my pockets, as after some time his eyes widened.

"GOT IT!" I was shocked, I didn't feel anything. How did it come to me? I still can't believe! Everyone was watching us....

"I mistakenly put in in your pocket" he pulled out a half bit chocolate donut from my pocket and scratched behind his head.

"Everyone was watching us Tsu" Tsukasa just smiled while eating the rest of it.

I shook my head and started searching for my badge again. Every apparition, some of them were even my school friends or I'll say classmates.

"Do you remember Amane? How did I become the leader?" He tried to punch again but I caught his wrist, and sent him on the table with an arm whip.

"It doesn't work for an apparition" he went through the table without hitting it.

He turn around and tried to stand up using his hands, as I stomped on his elbow sending the pain in whole arm. He whined hardly and rubbed it quickly.

"Come on Amane, even I'll find it for you. It's just a matter of time" Tsukasa smirked, it looks like he'll be helpful today.

We kept searching for the badge, but it was still beyond our eyes.

"I GOT IT!!" One of them screamed, he got the badge finally!

"Oh Amane, I sense the pain in your kick. The pain of losing everything in a.... Matter of time?" He smiled and stood up. His eyes turned more serious now. The fight won't be that easy.

"Let's play with the rules. The one who'll take the knife will be the winner, and the one who lost will lose his existence" he was the leader here. I just nodded and took a look at the knife. It was still near me.

Natsuhiko who was still bound to the wall and Sakura were watching us from the distance.

"DIE!" we both rushed towards the knife. It was the battle of existence.

-At No.1's Territory-

Third Person's POV

"HOOO! KAKO, THEY'RE FIGHTING! I'm from Amane's side! You?!" Mirai was floating in air like her usual cheerful attitude. There was a TV like thing in front of them.

"Shut up Mirai, we need to stop them..... But..." Kako started thinking something.

"I don't think we all can stop them. We don't have any other option" Akane gulped, he knew that what's coming.

"We've to wait until someone dies. Then we can do something legally that's my decision. And you both are agreed!" Kako stated, but rules had more advantage to Tsukasa.
