"It's gonna be a long day" . Doctor Eunwoo,one of your friends says.

Suddenly there is a lot of noise in the hospital lobby and the blue alarm goes off.
A VIP is here.
"Doctor Park,you are being called to Director Park's office."Nurse Bora says,
"Alright."You reply back politely wondering what you had done.
knock knock....
"Can i come in??"You knock on the door of Mr.Park's office door .
"Yes please come in". A voice answers.
A man in his late 70s is sitting at a mahogany desk looking through some papers.He has a warm personality and a smile on his face.
"Sit Y/n."He says.
"Grandpa,you can't just call me during my shift."You sulked.
"Its work related byeol(a nickname given to you, meaning-star)"He says.
"Is everything alright?"You ask
"A new patient has been taken in today.A high-priority one at that. A VVIP."He tells you.
"Oka...ay"You don't understand what he exactly means.
"I would like you to meet the patient take down the history and report back to me."
"Grandpa,I have a surgery scheduled today. Besides any junior doctor can do that."
"I have asked Miss Han(your assistant) to empty your schedule today and i want YOU to go to the patient and nobody else."He says.
You are flabbergasted cuz he hasn't done this before, ever.
"Understood sir"You reply back.
You get ready to go to meet the patient. Room no what was it again ????Oh "237".
You walk into the private hospital suite and see HEESEUNG???
"What are you doing here?" You ask calmly not letting your confusion show.
"I could ask you the same"He says.
Is he literally so dumb?
"This is a goddam hospital and i am a surgeon. Where'd you suppose i be at a McDonald's??"You glare at him.
He chuckles lightly. THE AUDACITY.
"Who's the patient?"You ask ignoring the fact that you wanna punch him in the face.
"I'm the only one here rn. What makes you think that I'm not the patient?"He asks.
Cuz you're healthy as a hog, you say in your mind.
"You don't seem sick"You tell him.
"Fair."He says.
"Its my grandfather.He has Coronary Artery disease. I brought him in for surgery."Heeseung says.
"Oh alright. Where is he?"
"He's gone for a walk in the hospital yard."
You nod.
"When is the surgery?"He asks.
"I don't know. I'll have to ask the lead surgeon."
"Aren't you the lead surgeon?"
"No ."
"But I specifically paid for you to be his doctor."
He can't just buy me.
"Mr Lee,I am already very busy.I have a packed schedule so unfortunately i will ot be the one operating your grandfather."
"But i can only trust you."
"OH yeah??".You said sarcastically.
"What?"He asked.
"Nothing. I'll update you as soon as possible about the surgery procedure and the lead surgeon."You say and begin to leave.
He takes your hand in his.His warm hand carressing yours.
"FOCUS Y/N".You tell yourself.
"Y/n please understand I want my grandfather to be operated on by you and nobody else."He says softly.
"I'm sorry.I can't do anything about it."You say matching his volume.
He lets go of you hand and says "You'll do it willingly or unwillingly."
why did i even think that he had changed???

Why would he want me to perform the surgery when there are clearly more experienced surgeons here?You think.
