"Who would've thought Manjiro could act that way?"

You hear from behind. The person approaches closer, now standing beside you. "Looks like I succeeded..." They sigh. Almost guiltily. "He's officially lost himself."

You move your head to face them. He was already looking at you.

"Must be such a hassle to deal with," he comments. "Did you mean it when you said you'd destroy him?"

You couldn't utter a word. Consciously, you knew you wanted to speak, yet your mouth didn't move.

He looks at you for a while. Like he was waiting for your answer. You were unable to read his expression. His lavender eyes just stare at you.

He smiles, "I'd like to see that." The boy gives a light laugh, "Though... You're still a pretty weak woman."

"Do you really think that big heart of yours won't interfere with your revenge?"

Your eyes open, sitting up in bed immediately. You scream for a solid two seconds before abruptly covering your mouth. The impact makes a small slapping noise.

You shove your blanket off of you. Swinging your legs over so your feet are on the floor. Your eyes began to sting.

Rubbing your eyes, you remember the conversation you had with Takemichi. About seeing the dead. As well as the thoughts you had in the hospital about those visions.

You stand up, walking out to enter the bathroom.

That was different from the last two... You think. Filling up a cup of water and taking out your toothbrush.

I only saw Emma's shadow through Draken's vision. And Baji, for whatever reason, was with me and Chifuyu on Tanabata... Before Tanabata even happened.

But Izana was talking to me directly.

You finish brushing your teeth. Wiping your mouth, you groan, "Why him...?" You say out loud. "The last time he and I talked was before he kissed me!" You say in disgust.

You lean over the sink, your hands gripping on the sides. UGH, I can't believe he kissed me!

You lift your head, looking into your reflection in the mirror. You get a thought in your head. What if I could talk to them now?

This was something entirely new to you. Emma barely showed when you were looking into that vision from Draken. But you've been able to see Baji and Izana fully in your dreams.

Controlling your foresight was one thing. But seeing the dead?

You walk back to your bedroom. If I can control when and how I use my foresight... I should be able to control whatever this is... Right?

You take the shoebox under your desk. Opening up, looking for a specific photo.

After finding it, you pick it up and look at it. It was a photo from almost three years ago. When you and Emma slept over at Hina's place.

You frown. She was so young and had so many things ahead of her.

You wondered what Emma would be up to if she were still here. Would you have gotten on the double date she suggested before?

You take a deep breath. To think that was my last conversation with her...

You go to your school bag, taking out your wallet, you put the photo inside. If I can somehow talk to her again... What would I say?
