Meera Malhotra : is a designer who is married to Shubham Malhotra and has two sons however she failed her first born as a mother ending up with a crucial relationship with him. She is a home-maker and a sweet personality with a soft heart. 

Aarav Malhotra : the CEO of Malhotra Industries, is a man with a heart wrapped in ice due to haunting past incidents. His cold and strict demeanor instills fear in everyone around him, adding to his intimidating presence. With a well-built physique that effortlessly attracts women, Aarav maintains a distant and aloof stance, escaping any emotional involvements. Ruling the mafia world as well with his strategic ideas and having expertise in shooting and killing, he is a force to be reckoned with. His piercing eyes and chiseled features command attention, making him a formidable figure in both the boardroom and the underworld. Ansh Malhotra : the COO of the Malhotra industries however his interests are more towards modeling because of his handsome features. An absolute sunshine personality inclusive of being jolly, hyper and optimistic who is polar opposite to his brother's nature as he wishes to see everyone happy.

Anand : Grandfather of Avni, who looks after the children and provides them with guardianship. Despite living in poverty his utmost care is to keep the children happy and provide them the best. Like all the grandfathers, he is fond of seeing smiles on their faces. 

Shraddha Singh : grandmother of Avni and her siblings, she is a soft hearted and hardworking woman who is also a home-maker. After the death of her son and daughter in law she decided to raise their children under her guidance knowing the rest of the family's toxicity well. 

Avni Singh : with her sunshine personality, brings warmth and positivity wherever she goes. Hardworking and determined to achieve a better life for her family, she juggles her roles as a dedicated school teacher and a diligent café worker. Her brown doe eyes reflect innocence and sincerity, endearing her to everyone she meets. Though she radiates cheerfulness, Avni is exceptionally serious and focused when it comes to her work. Her friendly nature and compassion make her a beloved figure in her community. Despite the challenges she faces, her resilience and optimism never waver, inspiring those around her.

Viransh Singh : younger brother of Avni who is a school going child but very intelligent and sharp.

Sakshi Singh : the little sunshine of the house who is the source of motivation for all of her elders even though she is a 4 year old but is mature for her age. Her chubby cheeks and doe eyes catches everyone's attention.
