Chapter 20

No one's POV:

We see a bullhead land on a snowy mountain, out of the bullhead come Cinder, Izuku, Emerald and Neo.

Emerald: This is a ghost town.

Cinder: I told you it was.

Izuku: Did you just casually lived in the best looking house of this town?

Cinder: An empty town and you think i would choose the shittiest one? Haha very funny.

She opens the door and tells Emerald to put Izuku on the couch.

Cinder: I will find something to heal you, just give me a couple of minutes.

Izuku: You know, it's probably adrenaline but i don't feel any pain in my leg or maybe it's the fact that i have been stabbed too many times that im just used to it.

Neo: *writes* "It's most likely the last one"

Izuku: What about you Emerald?

Emerald: She didn't manage to stab me, but i got cuts all over.

Izuku: Geez, this is going to burn once we shower.

Cinder: Oh don't be a baby *kneels* give me that leg.

Izuku: You just yanked my leg.

Cinder: Im going to heal you... or atleast try.

Izuku: What do you mean try?!

Cinder: Im joking you idiot.

Timeskip:

Cinder is standing outside looking down at the town deep in thought. She hears someone walking behind her when she turns her head to look she sees it's Izuku who is limping a little.

Cinder: I told you to stay in the couch.

Izuku: I can't be still, and Neo makes me uncomfortable.

Cinder giggles and looks at the sky.

Cinder: How's the leg?

Izuku: Fine, it hurts when i walk but it's fine.

Cinder: Good, i didn't learn all of that medical stuff all by myself for years just to do a shitty job.

Izuku: Why did you decide to learn all that?

Cinder: I was all alone after the whole thing with our asshole of a father remember?

Izuku: Oh right.

Cinder: I was still very young so i was pretty dumb to the world around me at that point. I had to learn how to survive the hard way, it was tough but i pulled through.

Izuku just stares at her, listening intently to the story she's telling him.

Cinder: This place wasn't always a ghost town, there used to be people here, there were stores, bars, church, hell they even had a school. This house, i lived here for a long time with a very nice couple, they were the ones that found me in the middle of nowhere passed out and malnourished, they brought me here and took care of me, they treated me as their own daughter.

Cinder: I felt happy, free of all the torment and abuse i had been suffering at home. I was enhoying my new life, new friends, new parents, new everything it was all going so well... until that day. One day a man in a suit showed up interested in knowing about semblances and dust, but it was all a lie. Turns out he made a deal with someone and his main objective was to look for a girl....

Izuku: You?

Cinder: Yes, at that point i didn't know that, i was nice to him and helped him on his search only for it to be too late to realize his true intentions. I sneaked out one night because i saw something outside and when i returned i saw it, the town was getting overrun by grimm and he was the one that lured them to town, the people were screaming, the kids, everyone was running away trying to survive, i ran back here to warn them but it was too late he was already inside, asking where i was when he didn't get the answer he tried to steal their semblances and aura but when he realized he couldn't steal them like quirks he killed them and the only thing i could do was watch.
