No one's POV:

After watching the tape everyone in the room just stayed silent no one knows what to say or think about what they just saw.

Inko is shocked, her husband, the man she loved was a murderer and a liar. Honestly, she should have expected him to be a bad person after literally suffering physically and mentally because of him for years. He was the reason her daughter hates her now.

Inko: I...can't believe this.

Ozpin: I thought he was a good person but he fooled us all.

Yang: Uhh Ruby?

Ruby is staring at the screen, her face is unreadable and her eyes... her eyes look lost.

Weiss: Ruby?

Inko: Ruby....

Ruby looks at Inko and gets up instantly and leaves.

Yang: I got her.

Inko: No... i will talk to her.

Blake: Are you sure?

Inko: It will be fine, i feel like this is my responsability.

Qrow: It isn't but go ahead.

Inko goes outside and approaches Ruby who is crying.

Inko: Ruby.

Ruby: Stay back... please.

Inko: Ok, im staying right here.

Ruby: They told us that mom... that she was killed on a mission by grimm. They lied to us.

Inko: They said what Hisashi told them, there was no way they could have known he killed your mother.

Ruby: Are you not angry?

Inko: Huh?

Ruby: Your husband used you all these years because he wanted another woman that he couldn't have. Doesn't it make you mad?

Inko: A little, but it also makes me feel responsible.

Inko starts walking and stands right beside Ruby.

Inko: Growing up my family tried to keep me away from the outside world, i always wanted to be a hero and they thought it was a stupid and useless thing to want. I was only allowed to go out if i was with them, one time i got lost and found myself in an alleyway, my uncle found me there and he was a pro hero at the time, he was my inspiration, i ran away from home to live with him and he trained me so i could go to UA.

Ruby listens intently to Inko she doesn't know what she's trying to get at by telling her all this but she is interested.

Inko: Years later, i did make it but it was hard. I have always been a mess, i wasn't hated or anything but i was... a loner, i stayed away from people most of the time, until Hisashi approached me. That day changed me, the first guy that apptoached me and i fell in love. The problem is that over the years i never realized how emotionally attached i really was. I bretayed my own daughter because of it.

Inko wipes some tears away and looks directly at Ruby now.

Inko: It was my fault Hisashi killed your mother.

Ruby: What?

Inko: The day Cinder left, when i betrayed her, i go back and think that i should had let her kill him back then. But i thought that without him i wouldn't survive, that things wouldn't be ok, that i would end up killing myself... all that had an effect on me in the moment and made me do what i did, it was my fault that he was still alive, it was my fault he killed your mother, if i would had just let Cinder do it... Summer would still be here with us.
