Chapter 2: Unforgotten Memories

Micheal Stood up to The Father as he nods his head, he leads Leo And Lorden out of the Temple of Light.

As The Three was nearing to the Portal that will bring them back to Cratatia, Lorden and Leo was suddenly stopped by someone.

"Hey you two! Wait up!"

Ivan shouts from a distance as he ran towards Leo and Lorden. He stopped in front of them as he ask Micheal to have a minute with the two. Micheal See's no harm in it, so he agrees, as he heads to the Portal first.

"Have you found him? I have been looking for him for ages. Where's Gossen?"

Ivan Questioned them.

Leo Replies.

"Unfortunately, we haven't bud."

"W-what..?!"

Ivan Blurted.

"Quiet down buddy.. we'll make sure we'll find him."

Lorden mumbled.

".. i wish you two Good luck. If anything happens. I am ready to help."

Ivan said as he vanishes.

Leo and Lorden looks at each other, as they sigh, but before they could go, something caught Lorden's eyes. It was a silhouette of someone, he tries to brush it off. But his curiosity peaked at him. As they we're nearing to the place where the Portal is, someone shouts "wait!"

That person ran towards Lorden as she hugs him tightly, crying her eyes out.

"It's been years since we've last seen each other.."

She muttered.

Lorden was shocked, unable to recognize her, as he asks her.

"Uhm..? Who are you?"

She looks up to him, as she smiles, muttering.

"Gossen really did kept his promise.."

Leo looks at Lorden in confusion, Lorden looks back at Leo as he shakes his head, he is confused as well. Lorden asked.

"What promise..?"

She replied with.

"A promise where.. you'll forget me.. so that you will not suffer the way I suffered.."

Lorden was Bamboozled, he looks through her eyes, as a flash of vivid memory disrupts his head. He then backs away from her, he stood by Leo, sweating profusely.

She understood his behavior. She just wipes her eyes as she gives him a huge smile, as she softly mumbled.

"It was nice.. seeing you again Lorden.. I hope you'll do well in your mission..!"

She said that in a positive way, yet her heart slowly breaks, when Lorden only looked at her, confused and disoriented. She turns her back as she slowly walks away.
