Annabeth's POV

I was in blissful sleep for once until, the most annoying alarm ever decided to scare me awake at 6 in the morning. Now I wouldn't normally mind getting up at 6, but school doesn't start till 8. A. M.

To be fair we do live 30 minutes away from the school, but I should still be able to get at least one more hour of sleep. I slowly pry myself out of bed, since the alarm was not stoping, and dragged myself out of my room.

"Could this dam alarm shut off already," I heard Nico grown from down the hall. Doing a quick head count I noticed Leo was the only one not in the hallway. Apparently so did Piper, because she stomped over to his room, went inside, and dragged him out by the ankle, which, thankfully, stopped the alarm.

"What time is it?" Leo asked deliriously from the floor. " TIME FOR YOU TO GET A FUCKING HEARING AID APPARENTLY!" Thalia yelled from the end of the hallway.

I chuckled, and went into my room to get a shower, and get ready for school.

I was sitting at the Island in the kitchen, waiting for everyone to be ready. It was only 6:55, but me and Percy had decided to go to the Cafe, down the street before school starts. Now I'm just waiting for him to be ready, so we can leave.

"'K wisegirl I'm officially ready to go," he said while grabbing his keys. "About time, seaweed brain," I say getting down from the stool, and grabbing my backpack. We headed down to the garage, and got in his blue Jeep, hands interlinked while we drove.

We got to the coffee shop at about 7:02, and went up front to order our drinks. "What can I get you two today," a girl, no older than 16, asked us from behind the counter.

"Can I have a tea with milk and sugar, please?" I asked. "All right, and for you sir," she asked with a smile. " A coffee with milk and sugar, please" " okay, anything else for you two today?" She asked. "No, that will be everything," said Percy. "All right your total will be $12.85, would you like a receipt?" She asked. "No thank you," Percy said, handing her 15 dollars, and putting the change in the tip jar.

"Ok here are your drinks, have a nice day," she said while handing us our drinks. "You too," we both said in unison, while walking out of the shop, drinks in hand. We jumped back in Percy's Jeep, and started heading to school. Let's hope our first day goes well.

I am on a roll two chapters in the span of 2 days and they're both over 200 words?? That don't feel right. The amount of terrible spelling mistakes that had to go through and fix though it was crazy. for those of you that don't know I am dyslexic so I used to talk to text from most of this so you know bad grammar. Anyways let's see if we can keep the streak up probably not, also school starting soon so you know uploads are going to get even worse plus vacation in like 6 days, anyways I love you guys, also thank you so much for 53 reads like when did that happen.
