And other :....A man who rapes is not a monster. He's a rapist , a criminal and a human being. That's it. For as long as we continue to deem him as a monster, we are denying that he is a human who consciously took bad decision- for raping someone is a choice and not an irresistible human urge, we are collectively denying the responsibility that we failed to judiciously punish him which only increased his motivation to do the same with others , that we all failed as a society to stop him. He is not a monster, for he has both a father and a mother, and brothers and sisters and friends and peers and role models and gurus who are humans. And one cannot be monster who lives among and with humans cause humans have goodness and empathy and caring nature along with a tendency to take bad decisions from time to time. For if a man who rape is a human - he is one who indeed took fucked up decisions which he possibly cannot repay for. For which he deserves the worst punishment known to humankind and simply not be called a monster. For calling him a monster, we redeem him of his moral responsibility, and we redeem ourselves of social responsibility by accepting that this can't be changed, which should not happen.
