The start of it all VS D-5

It all started when the hawks were in the locker room preparing for the game. Larson and Evangeline or ang as the hawks call her are rapping and jamming to "Gasolina". Since I speak Spanish I said all the Spanish parts and he said the parts he could actually pronounce. But I'm pretty sure he doesn't know what they mean 😭. And he beatboxed to the beat. We also sang "Turn my swag on" after.

No one else was faded by their rapping cause they were used to it. As soon as the song ended and everyone was changed, coach quickly tried to get our attention and then said to get on the ice.

Since I'm lazy I asked my bf (Larson) to give me a piggy back to the ice and of course he agreed.

One we got on the ice I was let down and Larson took my hand and dragged me over to some D-5 players. It's kinda awkward when I see Connie cause I like her and when I like someone when they talk to me I blush. But right now I have to focus on my relationship with Alex.

Hiya girls" Larson said
Jessie replied with "What are you doing here?"
I may have a crush on Connie but when it comes to the rest of d-5 I'm saying something.
"We can be wherever we wanna be. Don't forget this is our rink not yours Dingbat"
Alex added on by saying "Yeah"

Most of them just scoffed but of course Jessie had something to say "Whatever Losers"
I pretended to be hurt and pouted and said "Awww you hurt my feelings" sarcastically.

We did our cheer and coach made me take the face off. I pushed over Charlie or whatever his name was and passes to banks. We skated up while Adam passed it to mcgill then shortly after aiden passed to me and I scored the opening goal.

We I didn't celebrate much cause I knew anyone could do it against these wussies. I went over to the bench where coach congratulated me.

Me and coach had an amazing relationship considering he's like a dad to me. We've always had a good relationship because as soon as I was old enough I started playing for the hawks.

That's when I looked over at Connie and she smiled at me. But not a full on smile. It was more of a little smirk.

I went back on the ice and banks scored. Larson took the next face off and passed to me. I once again took the puck up the ice and scored an easy goal considering the goalie just moved out the way and told me to put it in. That's how you know this team are dummies.

Shortly after I accidentally hit Connie and she fell against the wall. I fell as well so I thought I would be nice and help her up. I held my hand up and she took it and thanked me. I blushed really hard and I'm pretty sure she se through my helmet cause she chuckled and skated off.

Next thing I know we were 16:0 up and the game had ended. The ref made us shake hands but obviously we just ignored the ref but it's not just our fault. D-5 ignored us as well, I saw coach go up to Bombay and say. "I knew we were a high scoring team but 16:0 is a pretty high score. Even for us. Well Bye Gordon. See you around." And that he left.

While walking to the locker room I bumped into Connie and she said "There you are. You forgot this" she handed me my stick and I thanked her.

I walked inside the locker room where everyone was cheering and emptying their water bottles on each others head. I smiled and quickly changed.

While o was walking out Banks stopped me and asked if I wanted to go to his house to hang out. I agreed and said I would have to call my mum to tell her. She said yes and we just chilled at his house watching tv. 

We were bored and decided to go to Mickey's diner to meet the guys there. Today it was just Me, Adam, Aiden and Alex. Alex was next to me with his arm across my shoulders and across from us was Adam and McGill. I'm wearing a fitted top with grey trackies, my hair is straightened and I have a full face of makeup on.

I ordered some chips and the rest of the guys bought burgers. I saw the ducks come in and Charlie said hi to his mum (who is a waitress there) The rest of the guys saw them and before they got up, I told them to leave them alone and not ruin the time.

Once everyone had finished their food they walked out while I payed. Which is stipid but whatever. I payed for the meals and gave Casey an additional 20 bucks because she's always been really nice. She said I didn't have to and tried to give it back but either way  I left before she could stuff it back in my bag.

Instead of walking home I went to the pond I used to go to with my dad. I still had my gear so I put my skates on and skated for a bit. I was so caught up in saying I didn't realise someone had joined me on the ice. It was Connie, once we had sorted ourselves out we had a 1 vs 1. But I didn't realise that she was pretty good but I still took it easy on her.

We both had a soft spot for eachother and never really hated each other. We both new we were good people cause our moms our friend so when our mums go out we hang out and have fun.

It's really nice having a friend that's a girl because it can get really tiring being friends with the boys. That's one more thing we have in common. We both are the only girls on our teams.

But that's not the only thing we have in common. We have lots so that's why we get along so well. We have opened up to each other before and besides my mum she's the only one that knows the details about my dad.

We both know we like girls but we haven't gotten to the stage of talking about our crushes. The only boys or people we talk about are Larson and Guy.
