'𝒱𝒐𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒐𝒗'

In the ancient annals of the natural world, an extraordinary companionship is chronicled between the raven and the wolf. This alliance, woven through time, yields bountiful benefits for both creatures. The raven, often referred to as the 'wolf bird,' trails the path of the wolf pack, forming bonds that transcend mere coexistence, and at times, fostering profound connections with individual wolves within the pack.

The Raven, in its enigmatic essence, serves as a harbinger, a bearer of introspection and inner wisdom. It bridges the realms of the mundane and the spiritual, acting as a conduit for magic and healing. The Wolf, embodying the untamed spirit of the wild, stands as a symbol of freedom, intuition, justice, and balance.

The raven acts as a tether, anchoring the material world to the ethereal domain of spirits.

Sylvia reads the book while having breakfast, she pushes the now-empty bowl of cereal away from her and traces the beautiful drawing made in the ancient book. The elaborate insignia of the Voronov family was now imprinted in her brain.

Her parents were sleeping in, she was glad that they were taking time for themselves and not keeping their eye on her every move like she was a fragile glass that would break any moment, the accident had made them paranoid and afraid that something might happen to her. She had never seen a pair of irrational doctors who would do anything and everything for their daughter.

Sylvia didn't dare to read the lavender journal that the Original Sylvia left for her. Her body will not be able to take another breakdown.

She looked at the clock hanging on the wall that showed, 7:10 am and moved on to the next page:

'𝑪𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒂 𝑽𝒐𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒐𝒗'

In the Voronov lineage, a tale of profound wonder and divine intervention is inscribed. Calina Ivanov, born without the breath of life, lay still and blue in her crib, as her kin lamented their loss. The household, immersed in consoling the grief-stricken mother, failed to observe the arrival of a raven, which perched upon the crib by the window, where sunlight mingled with cold winds.

The raven, with a solemn flap of its wings, descended onto the lifeless form, resting its head upon the infant's heart. In the stillness that followed, a miraculous cry pierced the air, a melody to the ears of the mourning mother who had believed her precious child lost.

With tear-filled eyes, the father approached the crib and beheld a wondrous sight: the raven lay lifeless atop the now rosy-skinned and hazel-eyed child. Her uncle, with reverent hands, lifted the raven's body, while the infant ceased her cries as soon as her father cradled her.

On that fateful dawn, Calina Ivanov was bestowed a new name: Calina Voronov. In honor of this miraculous event, the family took the name Voronov, venerating the belief that they had been blessed by Odin, the Raven God. Thus, the legacy of the Voronovs began, forever marked by the divine resurrection of their cherished Calina.

The birth of Calina Voronov, the first girl child to grace the lineage in centuries. Revered by her parents, uncles, aunts, and brothers alike, Calina was a precious jewel, cherished and adored by all.

From an early age, Calina exhibited extraordinary abilities. She possessed the rare gift of understanding the ravens. With a single whistle, these enigmatic birds would flock to her, ready to obey her commands, engage in playful banter, or mimic her sounds. The ravens, devoted and protective, brought her a variety of treasures and ensured her safety.

As Calina matured, her wisdom deepened. She diligently inscribed an array of spells and sigils for protection and defense. Gifted with the ability to hear the whispers of the departed and possessing profound healing powers, she became a witch deeply attuned to the forces of nature and could wield the air. Her prophetic visions foretold events both auspicious and ominous.
