Chapter 5.

They were like twins, but Caleb had something different. He was more aggressive, that's the only thing that bothers me about him. I was kinda sleepy so I put my laptop down on the nightstand and quickly fell into a deep sleep.

I woke up to the smell of eggs and bacon. Not that i know much of that smell but I knew it somehow. I rush down the stairs to find my mother making breakfast with so much joy in her eyes.

"Hey mom, whats up?", i said reaching the last step on the stairs.

"Morning honey!"

"Why are you so happy"

"I got a job!"

"Omg really?", I said spitting my drink all over the table.

"Congrats mom! What is it?"

"A Social Worker position at a hospital, but there's only one flaw on the job"

My expression quickly changed to worrisome. "What is it."

"The job is in Australia"

"What? Mom what about school and soccer practice?" My voice was starting to crack, I could feel an attack coming.

"I already got everything figured out, don't worry Lauren. We are leaving next friday."

It's fucking Tuesday. Only 4 days left. I quickly feel bad, and my mom noticed how sad I was about leaving. She told me i could stay at home so I could pack and prepare everything.

I"m laying in bed with my computer talking with Caleb, thinking how was I supposed to start packing. I told Caleb about me moving to Australia, and he started asking me questions with a hint of excitement in his texts. I asked him why was he so excited about me leaving to the other side of the world, and he quickly responded.

REALLY OMG MOM TOLD ME THAT WE WERE MOVING TO SYDNEY!

I can't believe it. After almost 1 month and a half of talking with him everyday I'm finally meeting him. I was so excited. I actually decided to start packing early. I took down all my posters and stuff that were glue to my wall.

Im finally meeting Caleb. I can't believe it.
