*after a few hours she's in surgery for a new lung shes unconscious, a few hours later the doctors aren't sure if Octavia will survive this they do the best they can to help he, Marco stays by the door the whole time hoping she'll be okay, a few hours later the doctors walk to him*

Doctor: we did everything we could we are sure she'll be okay but we can't give false hope...she may wake up in a few hours so just stay here or you may go back home for now.

*Marco sighs and says softly*
Marco: thank you doctor but..I'll stay here with her

*three hours later Marco walks in her hospital room and walks to her she suddenly opens her eyes slowly*
Marco: Octavia...you're awake.

*he smiles and sits down next to her*

Octavia: Marco...im so glad you're here.
*she looks down at her stomach*

Octavia: I still can't believe I'm pregnant...with four baby's

Marco: I can't wait to be a father..
*Octavia smiles at him*

                 *five months later*

*Octavias stomach has grown more, they can't wait until the baby is born one night Marco takes Octavia and covers her eyes he takes her to a room for a surprise*

Octavia: can- can I look now?
*she says confused*

*Marco chuckles*
Marco: not yet angel...just wait

*after a few minutes he says*
Marco: okay...look

*Octavia opens her eyes...theres a baby room with 4 cribs it's blue and pink*

Marco: I know it's not the best...but I made it blue and pink since you wanted to wait to see the baby's gender so...

*Octavia goes quiet*
Octavia: i-

*Marco sighs*
Marco: you don't like it...?

Octavia: no no! I love it..its- it's beautiful
*she smiles at him*

*Marco smiles softly*
