*a few days later Octavias parents visit her they make sure she's okay and make sure she's comfortable they take good care of her they didn't notice Marco as they were there once it's time for her surgery Marco sits next to her*

Marco: hey...you're gonna be okay, I promise...you'll finally breath better
*he says softly*

*Octavia smiles to him*
Octavia: you really think so?

Marco: I know so, angel you'll be able to breath and you'll live a normal life..
*he grabs her hand, the doctor walks in*

Octavia: doctor? Is it already time? I thought it wouldn't be for a few hours..
*she says confused*

*the doctor sighs*
Doctor: look, we did the scan and...the surgery will be very dangerous.

Octavia: what? Why...
*she says scaredly*

*marco grabs Octavias hand*
Marco: hey..its okay, let the doctor speak.

Doctor: on the scan, we saw something..

Marco: what did you see?
*he says confused*

Doctor: Octavia..you're pregnant.

Marco: WHAT!?
*he yells out*

Octavia: i- I'm what..?
*she says scaredly*

Doctor: you're pregnant...with quadruplets..four baby's

Octavia: four baby's..!?
*she starts breathing hard*

Octavia: this- this can't be right...i can't be pregnant!

Doctor: I'm sorry Octavia but you are
*the doctor says seriously*
Doctor: I'll give you some time to discuss this

*the doctor walks out*

Marco: Octavia..breath, it's gonna be okay

Octavia: no it won't! How could this have happened...

Marco: I'm sorry it's my fault...i wasn't careful.

*Octavia starts breathing hard tears roll down her face*

Marco: hey hey..its okay, breath angel...look I know this isn't what you wanted because of you're condition but you need to breath and think..

*Octavia calms her breathing*
Octavia: okay..im fine

*after a while the doctor walks in*
Doctor: okay, so we decided we are going to do the surgery but it's you're choice, if you don't get an abortion now you may die during the surgery and so will you're baby's but if you choose to get an abortion you will survive...its you're choice

Octavia: no..no I'm not getting rid of my baby's, I don't care if I die I need my baby's...

*the doctor sighs*
Doctor: okay, as you say.

Marco: but Octavia..-

Octavia: no Marco...i have to do this! I can't lose my baby's..

*Marco sighs*

Octavia: you won't...I'll be fine, I promise.
