Khao slowly opens his eyes. His head is hurting from all the crying last night. The phone ringing in the room next door did not soothe this awful banging in his head.

"Hello."

Khao leans closer to the wall when he hears his boyfriend's sexy morning voice.

"Yeah. I don't know. I am busy today."

The younger man is curious about who First is talking to.

"Summer, please calm down ... Alright, I'll meet you ... Now, please stop crying ... See you at 2 pm in the café next to your room." Each word from First's lips is a dagger piercing Khao's heart.

Khao is taken aback by the surge of frustration and anger within him. He had believed he was beyond tears, but he was mistaken, as they now flow freely down his cheeks. The insecurities from the night before resurface.

"Am I really not enough?" He mumbles his self-doubt when a light knock comes from his door.

"Khao, are you up?" First's voice is soft and laced with concerns.

Khao pulls the blanket over his body and hides his tear-stained face in his pillow instead of answering, and the door slowly opens.

"Khao?" The older man slowly walks toward the bed. Khao can feel his presence coming closer, pushing him to hug his pillow tighter.

"Are you okay?" First sits on the bed next to his boyfriend. Khao's movement must have told him that he was awake.

Not waiting for a response, First brings his soft hand to his lover's forehead to check if he has a fever.

"Thank god, you have no fever." He murmurs quickly, taking back his hand. "Do you feel pain anywhere?"

Khao wants to scream at First that he is hurting and his heart is breaking, but he just shakes his head, not looking up.

"Okay," First lets out a sigh of relief. "I'll be back in a minute. Let me make you some breakfast so you can take cold medicine."

The older man is about to get up when Khao turns and grabs him by the waist. The latter does not know what is happening but fears First leaving him.

"Please just stay with me," the younger man begs, resting his face on his boyfriend's back.

"Are you sure?" The latter asks as he lets his hands rest on Khao's, who holds him tightly. The younger man only nods, unable to form the words spinning in his head.

"Okay. Lie down," The older instructs as he untangles his lover's fingers, still holding him.

Khao tries to avoid showing his boyfriend his puffy eyes, revealing how much he cried last night.

"Come on," First says as he lies on his back, his arms open to welcome the man he loves. I've missed you," the older confesses as he puts a light kiss on Khao's head. "Even if you feel sick, don't worry about me. Please stay by my side."

Khao snuggles deeper into his lover's embrace, falling deep asleep in a matter of minutes.

The sun shines through the window, embracing JJ with a gentle warmth.

"Hmmm. This feels great," he hums when suddenly his eyes fly open. The window in his room never shines on his bed, which means he is not in his room.

He jolts up, wincing when his head hurts madly.

"Fucking alcohol!" He curses when he shakes his head and looks around the room. The place is unknown to him, and he tries to remember who he might have ended up with.
