*(Don't mind the alternative ending that couldn't stay only a draft...)*

A quiet knock interrupts Severus' concentration. He finishes the eighteen counterclockwise stirs and goes to open the door. He knows it is a friend, no one he does not trust can get near his house.

"Hey," greets Pete and goes inside.

Severus returns to his potion while the other man passes him the ingredients.

Once it is done he bottles it and they go to the living room.

"Where's Ylian?" Pete asks.

"Girls' day, remember?"

"Friday, right."

"Can you imagine how the others are dealing with the kids?"

"Hah. Can you imagine how you will deal with yours?"

Severus smiles, "No. That's the beautiful thing. Why're you here?"

"To get you to agree to a prank war."

He stares. Pete stares back with a straight face. Then he laughs, "Alright, alright. It's for an idea I had for a new completely legal project..."

"Are the others in on this?" asks Severus two hours later. Pete nods. "Of course they are," mutters the soon-to-be father.

"Alright," he says after some thought. "I'm in. But only the potions."

"Only the potions," agrees Pete.

"And Ylian is in on it too."

"Ylian is in on it too."

"Okay."

"The real project World Domination starts now," mutters Severus ten years later, looking at Hogwarts where he just "gave in" to the Headmaster's nagging to take on the Potions Professor position.

'The real project World Domination starts now,' thinks Peter, looking at the Ministry of Magic where he just won a position in the Wizengamot.

"The real project World Domination starts now," murmurs Remus, looking at his company with only werewolves for employees.

"The real project World Domination starts now," says Sirius, looking at his reflection in the mirror, preparing to go on the public stage as a famous actor for the first time.

"The real project World Domination starts now," announces James to the ten trainees with black belts, among which are his and Severus' wives.

It is not going to be violent, obvious, or even noticeable. No.

Peter and Severus do not do obvious. Remus and Lily do not do noticeable. Sirius and James do not do violent.

This is going to be thrillingly subtle.
