~hey all! i bet you've all been wondering where I've been. well, stop the press, i am alive...

and i've been writing! after finishing exotic and getting so much love from the community, i decided to publish my next story on Kindle Unlimited and see what comes of it. the following chapters are the first three of aeon, book one of the celestial bodies series.

In 1991, first contact was made between human and extraterrestrial beings, to a surprisingly lacklustre reception. Perish The Mother arrived on Sol III with instructions to sire as many hybrids with human males as she could to provide her species with a healthy data pool. She produced ninety-nine in total, who, twenty-eight years later, have been fully integrated into the human population. While their purpose on Earth is unclear, their instructions are explicit: Integrate. Thrive. Survive. And under no circumstances, become attached.

Celestial Bodies is a sci-fi romance anthology series. Each book is focused on a different member of the half-human, half-celestial Malarkey family living in secrecy on Sol III, commonly known as 'Earth', and their romantic interest in dual perspectives.

let me answer the first question you must have... lily bee, are you really going to write 99 of these books? and the short answer is no, unless that's what people call for. aeon was a six-month venture, and i was probably more anal about it than usual because asking people to pay you money for your work is scary, and I wanted to absolutely make it worth their time. 

and your second question... no, i absolutely do not expect you, dear readers, to buy my book. exotic isn't going anywhere, and the chapters i post here are for you to decide whether aeon is worth your time. if you like romance with a sprinkle of sci-fi, spice and a diverse spectrum of relationships (aeon is M/F, but her brother Vic's story is up next, which will be M/M, and I'm also plotting a third book with aro-ace representation!), then i encourage you to read the free chapters available here and decide whether you need to see how it all ends!

aeon is 2.99 (USD) on Kindle or completely free if you have Kindle Unlimited. it is 18+ with explicit scenes (baby's first spicy romance), and some triggering scenes, including attempted sexual assault, violence, murder and gore.
