there is a chance this may be a small or unfinished story so please be understanding toward that .
i am quite inexperienced at writing and this may be my first full story , excluding short stories that is , and i just want to make sure people are aware of the type of story i want this to be !
it won't contain any smut and gore will be limited , however i want psychological trauma for my characters , e.g : violence , blood , pain etc .
if you're uncomfortable with anything too intense it's probably best not to read this , again i am inexperienced and so it may not be too bad , but over the course of multiple drafts / changes and improvements — it may very well end up on a deep , dark path , if you enjoy stories like this , help me make it the best !
there may be some comedy but it will be rare and minor and there will likely be romance however nothing is guaranteed !
lastly , i structure and format my writing differently to others for multiple reasons :
reading large texts or too many words together gives me headaches ( although i enjoy reading , it has ruined my experience and put me off in the past ) , i won't be able to proofread or continue writing easily with so many words , so there will be large gaps between paragraphs for example , also it helps me find mistakes and section my work .
my story is intended to be third person and will only give a few things away directly ( such as her name is / her hair colour is . . . ) other pieces of information will be pointed out in dialogue or implied . i don't enjoy telling my reader answers easily in the same way i like figuring things out myself when i read other works .
as for other things , typing this on my phone is easiest for me and helps me remain efficient , i can plan things out and have time to write a little every day ( hopefully ) at the expense of perfect punctuation or capital letters , i'm sorry if stuff like this will bother you but it's the easiest for me personally .
lastly , i struggle to plan out a full story beforehand as i get most ideas in the middle of writing it , so i have no clear goal or ending for this story as of yet and will partly make things up as i go , again i will adjust and improve things moving forward and help is very much appreciated .
